I don't doubt that you actually spoke to someone, but did you get their name and title?
If what you were told is accurate then my rising doubts about how efficient SEO are in handling the dissemination of important information is confirmed, yes confirmed. Because it raises the question as to why what you were told was not put into the RNS today in as clear a manner as it was told to you.
The reaction of those who have commented on what you were told is proof of this.
Don't these people ever consider whether what they draft is clear to all and sundry. After reading the full text of today's RNS, I began to form the opinion that they were purposely trying to be vague and muddy the waters so that they can always use whatever interpretation of what they said to suit the circumstances in case of queries.
However, if what they told you is the real deal, then I must admit I am somewhat reassured.
The oily one

yes i did get a name, but i did not say that i would post their comments on a bb,quoting them. The last time i quoted the chairman of earthport he never spoke to me again,as EWRobson may remember.....or maybe he does not want to remember. I hold over a million shares in seo so have a real intrest and therefore would not post rubbish, i only post when i have heard facts. Yes, good question why was it not in the rns that there was a hiccup, or maybe they thought its resolved now why bring it up. i bought at 5p and could have sold at 30p, i have no doubt they will be 30p in 6 months.

ssanebs - Thankyou for your post above. Do you know what kind of problem required resolution thus causing the delay?
"80 to 100 by july and the exclusivity period will probably have to be extended for a few months until the full 200 are installed."
I am surprised by this statement. Either the exclusivity period will be extended or it won't. If it will then for how long? I can only gaugage by your post that who ever you've spoken to isn't of a senior position as this information would be known.
Finally I mean you no disrespect whats so ever by challenging your post and hope that none is taken. I too hold a significant value of shares and mearly wish to obtain as much truthful information as possible along with others on this BB.

How did you manage that?, I'm still waiting for my call from 'a director'! Maybe I will get one in the morning, if not I will write to SEO. I would normally email but my ISP cannot send them at the moment, they say that my computer OS has become too advanced for their system. Ha! a bit like SEO's Greenseal machines eh!
Thanks for the info, I hope that we will have quick clarification via an RNS regarding all concerns, I think SEO need a bit more pressure put on them!

Hi,
www.lemminginvestor.com have just published a 5pp update on Stanelco`s prelims.
Stanelco, (SEO) Today's report full of technical progress during '05, and
marketing promise in several seminal markets for '06, could have driven the shares
sharply higher. However the unexplained delays to the acceptance of GreenSeal
technology on commercial test, the poor accounting figures, and the further
postponement of a long anticipated order build up for the first 200 machines, led
instead to widespread disappointment, and, progress notwithstanding , to an 8% fall.

It's cos I aint no lady goldfinger! Real name is Steve, the kim thing started years ago as a joke/memorial to our dog, a border/Australian terrier cross who was an amazing character! Sort of became difficult to get out of using the kim name so stuck with it. I like the confusion it causes sometimes but that's as far as it goes!!!

Reckoned ssanebs post rings true so topped up this morning. I do share the level of anger with SEO's reporting. I know these are results to October 2005 but there is plenty of comment on technical and marketing activity. So why not a comment on the ASDA situation. The likelihood that the exclusivitiy period is extended is not a major problem if they do deliver the 200. However, I have come off the fence and now beleive the break-out will be up, probably on the next encouraging news. Awaiting the Evo analysis with interest. They haven't got their forecasts right but they have been pretty sound on product information and potential volumes.
Had forgotten about Earthport, conveniently. Now, there's a load of charlatans for you. The SEO guys are straight but don't sech to understand the need for precision in their commentary. Whilst II was right to be sceptical about the shcedule for ASDA he had his own agenda which involved forcing the sp down. To me, GreenSeal remains the key product because of the revenue and bottom line flow - the resolution of the problems with first customers supports an sp at 15p (equivalent to annual volume of 600 machines) so sp can move ahead to reflect other opportunities.

ssnab, Interesting post, I am a little short of the readdies at the moment, can you lend us a bob or two for while.
Kim or Steve I like both names.
I was sitting a bar one night and somebody said to me "
Mike would you like to have a drink with me?"
Of course in those days I said yes and we starting having a chat".
A short while later a friend came into the bar sat down with us and we went on chatting.
A little while later the "somebody" left and my friend said to me "Fred, why did you let him go on calling you Mike?"
I reponded "he was buying the drinks."
Have a nice day.
