Haystack you must admit for this complete reverse in 6 months even you are amazed, not so long ago you said the fall was overdone at 1p, so how they ended up in this mess must amaze everyone. The two Kevin's must be very worried about having poridge everyday in a darkened cell I think.

I did think the fall was overdone and I believe that investors have been misled in material ways in announcements. I have always thought that CCR was doomed and woyld never make money. The writing was clear when they mentioned problems with the main part of the business that was making money. Many people thought CCR was the answer, which it it clearly isn't. This is going belly up to the creditors. I expect a share suspension very soon.

Misled is very true I think, and they should be getting their porridge.

The difference in the trading statements from the 20/09 and today, are very different.
I still believe that there is value at these levels. If we are looking at say 500,000 in debt after 7 telecom is sold, then I cant see this going into administration. They will still have VOIP capability, which we have been told in the past has cost a considerable amount of money.
I still think that there is something going on in the background that none of us know about.
This week I would expect to see an RNS selling 7 telecom.
Also full year results.

Ii also forgot to say, that if someone was to come along and buy EVS after the 7 sale, then they will get 10.4 million in tax write offs.

Hi Paul masterson,
Looks like I'm right again...EVS is down below 0.5p today...and I think the administrator will come in soon. The directors gave misleading information about the company.

How quite you have the gall to say 'looks like i'm right again' is beyond me. Whilst you as much as anyone else has a right to change their mind on a stock; you seem to have forgotten your posts on one of the previous EVS threads, one of which was in the vein of 10p by Friday or some such rubbish. Ramper turns against ramper. LoL :-))

I have reported EVS and its brokers to the FSA this is the response i got...
Dear Mr xxxx
Thank you for your email that you sent to the Financial Services Authority's Whistleblowing Unit which is a specialist unit to take information concerning the financial services industry from employees who wish to blow the whistle on their employers where they feel concerned about malpractice.
The information that you have provided clearly does not fit with the remit of my particular unit. However, given your reference to possible market abuse issues, I have taken the liberty of forwarding your query to the FSA's Market Abuse Team. Should you have any further information that you wish to forward concerning this matter, then you can contact the Market Abuse Team on tel: +44 20 7066 4900 or email: market.abuse@fsa.gov.uk - I have also included here a web-page that may be of interest http://www.fsa.gov.uk/Pages/Library/Other_publications/market/index.shtml
The Market Abuse Team will consider any issues that fall within the remit of FSA. During this period of evaluation and any subsequent enquiries the FSA will not supply any feedback, this is because we are constrained from doing so by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and of course any such feedback could jeopardise the result of our enquiries.
The FSA takes a risk based approach to regulation of the financial services industry and takes its powers from FSMA. Our four main objectives under FSMA are: to maintain market confidence; to promote public understanding of the financial system; to secure the right amount of protection for consumers; and to reduce financial crime.
Yours sincerely

Has everyone forgot that EVS have Institutional backing for whatever plan they have, it's still a good gamble from here ....
"Over the last few months the Board has been in detailed discussions with a
number of significant acquisition targets that have the requisite attributes to
contribute to Envesta's focus on Retail Voice and IP Data delivery. Upon the
successful completion of these acquisitions, the new operating companies will
work together as part of the Envesta Group, moving towards using VoIP as the
chosen platform for delivering voice to end-user customers. The presentation of
Envesta's strategy to these companies has been warmly received along with
institutional interest in investing in the acquisitions."
And EVS just grabbed some cash from the Formjet holding - 59,000 worth ?

Capetown Hi,
Doing fine :0)
And you ?
The institutions will pay for the aquisitions, they already knew the state of EVS and the plan to divest Seven when they decided that, and they are happy to back the plan, that's good enough to make me happy that I will make a profit if I hold, possibly a 10 bagger if I hold long enough.
Cheers,
PM
