You could do. You have to decide whether to risk 90 to win 10.

If i lay them at 10 @ odds of 10 and they lose then i would get a 100..YES?
But am risking losing 90??

No, by laying you are accepting someone else's back bet - they are looking for odds of 10, so want 100 back from a 10 bet. If Norwich win, you'll have to pay them back their 10 stake plus 90. If Norwich don't win, you'll keep the 10 stake.

Yes, being going down regularly for the last few hours.

Completely off line at the moment.

Makes trading on the racing rather precarious I think. Just imagine backing at 200 and then not able to lay it back. Potentially disastrous.
