Hi Eric,

The charts are merely a reflection of short term traders who believe that they've sussed the secret of getting 25% gains on MDW. Expect lots of deramping from them over the next couple of weeks lol!

Lots of folks are hoping to buy in at 6-7p again and then sell at 10-11p after rumours of news.

The problem for these guys is that since the last trading opportunities, there are many longer term holders who have bought into MDW, so I believe that this will create support at around the current price (all those who were going to sell will have now done so - just before or just after results).

The key to the next rise will be news on either the China/Hong Kong approval or the US ditribution deal. My feeling is that both are very close indeed and as time progresses, the likelihood of one of these being announced increases significantly. Buying will become apparent gradually when those keen for a slice of the action to come realise that the price isn't going to hit anywhere near 6-7p again.

Towards the end of last year MDW made two major announcements at around the same time - the same could happen here.

Regarding marketing, from what I can see this board are shrewd in business and the way they are gradually moving into all global markets is impressive. They are a respected exporter in the East Midlands, and have been highlighted by many trade and government bodies as a "flagship" exporter.

I believe that the distribution companies help a great deal in marketing products - this is why these deals are so critical to MDW's success - and hence the delay in making sure that the US deal is exactly right.

All the best

OG

og

Thanks a lot. I did switch out of of some this morning at a loss but only because SEO had sign-posted an sp breakthrough; already made up the MDW loss. Will hold the remainder and wathc for opportunities to add. Agree the significance of the US distributor because there is loads of lolly there.

Some buying and a bit of blue...

overgrowth - 01 Feb 2005 22:36 - 157 of 274

168k buy

jules - you interested here?

overgrowth - 07 Feb 2005 20:44 - 160 of 274

seb - hang on tight to those shares !

MM's don't have much spare stock and they know there's an announcement due soon - have you seen the spread - they don't want anyone to buy just now because they want to sell at a much higher price when news breaks.

When this one moves it'll be shooting up past 20p very rapidly.

Potential is huge - US/China deals on the verge of being ironed out, global marketplace increasing due to an ageing population and increased health awareness, and lots more exciting stuff in the pipeline.

Longer term we're looking at 1+ (and I'm being serious!).

john50 - 07 Feb 2005 20:55 - 161 of 274

75p to a 1 this year.

foitek - 08 Feb 2005 09:39 - 162 of 274

With the greatest of respect, if I had a pound for every time I've heard predictions like this I wouldn't need invest in the markets in the first place! MDW seem to be a 'make haste slowly' outfit so 20-25p by year end would do me dandy.

john50 - 08 Feb 2005 10:02 - 163 of 274

I would expect that after US deal at least.

petralva - 08 Feb 2005 19:22 - 164 of 274

yes ofcourse you would john50! 1 would suggest a mkt cap 90m+ i dont think so!

overgrowth - 08 Feb 2005 20:01 - 165 of 274

petravla - all that is needed is proof of subtantial revenue from selling into the world's largest markets and we will see that 1+ price. This will take a couple of years IMHO.

foitek is probably closer to the mark, though there's a lot of pent up buying power waiting to pounce when the US deal is announced - anything can happen!

john50 - 09 Feb 2005 10:57 - 166 of 274
