Bosley not looking good for you. However, for anyone who managed to get a bet on David Villa when I said then its a certain thing (Golden Boot).
Roon back on the mend and Stevie G on superb form, Its Englands year. First Rugby, then the ashes, probably not Wimbledon but definately the World Cup.

the swedes do love these, don't they !!! second time they've got through with one.

Only one England starting eleven for me now, if Owen is out for the tournament.
Robinson in goal, Beckham right back, Cole at left back, Terry and Ferdinand (if fit - Campbell if not) at centre backs. A midfield (left to right) of Cole, Gerrard, Lampard and Lennon. Rooney and Crouch up front.
Walcott ready to get involved when Rooney tires or Crouch looks to be not good enough.
With a question mark over Crouch, that team still looks good enough to go a long way. Pace on the right, trickery on the left, proven goalscorers in front and in midfield and an apparantly solid defence (though you wouldn't think it from last night).

Well gerrard must be thinking what a bunch of retards the defenders are, beckham out of his depth now a days,,lennon & theo,,give them a game sven.

Your winning but not playing well, could be a lot worse.

Come on argentina do me proud.

Portugal doing well also.

hewittalan6 - Beckham at right back????

R U COMPLETELY STUPID??

Don`t answer that, I know you are.

hewittalan6 - 22 Jun 2006 07:18 - 172 of 403

If I'm Stupid so is his club manager.
Thats where he plays for Madrid, and where he has played for England in the past, including the last 20 mins against paraguay (or was it T&T). You know. The bit where we started to look good as a team.
Are you completely certifiable?
Don't answer that. I already know you are.

hewittalan6 - 22 Jun 2006 07:51 - 173 of 403

BTW.
In answer to the question am I stupid. I am as barking as a tree full of monkeys, but even I wouldn't have taken Hargreaves in my squad.
