The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

The whole shananegan of the offer period was to delay the TU. I am left wondering if there is no good news to come out. This would explain a lot.
I do however remain positive, as I have topped up, averaged down and now await for what is after all, a sound long term investment to mature.

He aint making an offer you total fcukwit :
On 17 July 2008 Meldex announced that the Chief Development Officer and Board member of the Company, Steve Martin, had made an approach to the Board of Directors seeking permission to explore the possibility of making an offer for the Company. The Company today confirms that it is no longer engaged in any discussions that may or may not lead to an offer for the Company and that the Offer Period initiated on 17 July 2008 has now ended. A trading update for the first half of 2008 will follow shortly.

He should also have resigned, as he would have had a conflict of intrest. If the offer was genuine, why was no price ever discussed. I think the whole thing is a smoke screen to hide something from shareholders. Until I see something positive to calm these fears, I remain slightly sceptical.

They missed out the bit that says "despite the statement of 17th July pretending that a board member would launch a bid, insufficient PIs were attracted to enable those with inside connections to continue shorting the SP to a level where they can retire. So we may as well procede immediately with a 30p placing, with the majority being used to cover the short positions of those involved...."
Now, I've posted that BEFORE the TU, so lets see if the FSA give a sh!t.... and I'm not holding my breathe !
