Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Hi Aldwickk,
Don't know about the Weetibix or Shreddedweet, but you got me thinking.
With all the evidence, she's probably going to end up (Kellogg's) Toast, with a Frostie reception from her boss Rupert Murdock, it will probably be Cheerio.
I always wondered about the close relationship between them both, IE has he seen her in her Shreddies, doing a few Fruity Loops and given her the odd, Hunny Smacks.
At his age it would probably all end in a few, Organic Wild Puffs and a couple of Shreks.
Whatever happens, it will be a Rock Road ahead.
Perhaps we should get together and be the 2 new Ronnies, but there again, looking at these 2 posts, probably not!

Encyclopaedia Britannica ends its famous print edition
After 244 years reference book firm Encyclopaedia Britannica has decided to stop publishing its famous and weighty 32-volume print edition.
It will now focus on digital expansion amid rising competition from websites such as Wikipedia.
The firm, which used to sell its encyclopaedias door-to-door, now generates almost 85% its revenue from online sales.
It recently launched a digital version of its encyclopaedias for tablet PCs.

Looks like I made a big mistake yesterday when I told an Encyclopedia Britannica Salesman to 'B****r off'.
He had the usual patter, you know, 'This set is the last numbered edition. It will be worth a lot of money in a few years as there not printing any more'.
You don't want to miss out on this opportunity'.
Must go now, there's a bloke at the door selling subscriptions to Readers Digest, don't want to miss out twice!
They could be the next to go!
As a side.
Just think if 'Playboy' went digital.
Wouldn't be the same, sneaking behind the bike sheds at school with your mates.
A piece of chewing gum a gob stopper or a fag, for a quick look (at Playboy, I hasten to add), just wouldn't have the same feel.
Anyone like a quick look at a dirty pen drive or SD card, just doesn't have the same ring to it.
Looks like the days of, 'Would you like to come in and see my etchings have long gone'.

Hmm I remember walking to school via a slightly dodgy paper shop who displayed "Health and efficiency" Mags full of robust ladies lobbing beach balls around, on his shop door!! Very unhealthy for a lusting schoolboy!!

Ah, I remember leaving an all boys school at the tended age of 11, to go to a mixed school and trying to concentrate on lesson whilst trying not to look out the windows at all those girls running round in gym kit of green knickers and short skirts.
No wonder I left school at 14, without any qualifications.
Mind you, I did learn something of biology, 'It definitely does not make you go blind'.
How school boys can concentrate at all now days is beyond me, looking at how quickly girls develop now days.
I must make clear, that I am not a pervert, and for those that know me, I only carry that rain mac in case it rains (IE as I was taught in the Boy Scouts, be prepared).
Mind you once when the Scouts and Guides had a joint camp, well thats another story.

Strong Earthquake Shakes Northern Japan
A strong earthquake shook northern Japan on Wednesday evening, and a small tsunami was forecast for part of its Pacific coast.
The Japan Meteorological Agency said the tremor was 6.8 magnitude. A tsunami of about a half-meter was forecast for Hokkaido island's central and eastern Pacific coast, and for Aomori and Iwate prefectures.
Iwate prefecture, or state, was heavily damaged by last year's earthquake and tsunami. Thousands of aftershocks have shaken the region since then, nearly all of them of minor or moderate strength.
