MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

He should also have resigned, as he would have had a conflict of intrest. If the offer was genuine, why was no price ever discussed. I think the whole thing is a smoke screen to hide something from shareholders. Until I see something positive to calm these fears, I remain slightly sceptical.

Hasnt dropped that much compared to offer time risegood TU =double whammy?

nkirkup - 01 Aug 2008 14:40 - 1559 of 8631

SM was tring to buy the company before the TU, hince the offer.
BOD delayed the TU until after the offer period expired.
Expect TU news anytime this afternoon.

They missed out the bit that says "despite the statement of 17th July pretending that a board member would launch a bid, insufficient PIs were attracted to enable those with inside connections to continue shorting the SP to a level where they can retire. So we may as well procede immediately with a 30p placing, with the majority being used to cover the short positions of those involved...."

Now, I've posted that BEFORE the TU, so lets see if the FSA give a sh!t.... and I'm not holding my breathe !

Great minds think alike. I was watching the newfeeds for 3pm - nothing. My thoughts had just turned to when/why, Dil. ;-))

kimoldfield - 01 Aug 2008 15:15 - 1574 of 8631

Not doing themselves any favours at the moment are they? I wish I was in the boardroom right now!!

Big Al - 01 Aug 2008 15:18 - 1575 of 8631

It could just be a long lunch, though. Mind you, not sure the company could afford it until after a rights issue. ;-0

Dil - 01 Aug 2008 15:27 - 1576 of 8631

"... will follow shortly".

Didn't they say that about meaningful profits ... about 2003 I think.
