Not one I hold Mr C, but the penny stock traders seem to like it!

cynic - 07 Feb 2017 11:13 - 158 of 541

anyone who trusts lenigas or anything within smelling distance of him deserves to get their fingers badly burned

i'm sure there was a mega-lie about this stock back in the summer

StockMarketWire.com
UK Oil & Gas Investments has reported that mobile light oil has been observed seeping from open natural fractures in Kimmeridge Limestone 4 ("KL4") core samples at its 100%-owned Broadford Bridge-1 ("BB-1") exploration well.

The KL4 samples, at a measured depth of around 4080 feet, exhibit a strong oil odour plus the rock matrix is oil saturated and heavily oil stained.

Wet gas readings also increased significantly at the top of the KL4. Both the KL4 and overlying shales exhibit a high degree of natural fracturing.

Coring operations continue through KL4. The Company added that the well remains on schedule and under budget.

Stephen Sanderson, UKOG's Executive Chairman commented:

"I am privileged and excited to have seen, smelt and touched the oil in the KL4 samples today, alongside UKOG's management and operations team. This is a significant and positive result at such an early stage in the well.

Whilst this is still early days, the presence of mobile oil within a Kimmeridge geological feature that has no structural oil trapping configuration, demonstrates that both BB-1 and Horse Hill-1 could be part of the same Kimmeridge continuous oil deposit. This oil deposit may therefore extend over 30 km from north to south across the Weald Basin.

We will now continue our coring and drilling program and then move to an extended flow testing operation upon the grant of the remaining necessary regulatory permissions."

David Lenigas on BBC this am says its the biggest discovery in 30 years.

required field - 04 Jul 2017 14:11 - 164 of 541

Well Cynic : there is light oil there...and near Gatwick....they are bound to try and flow test all this....and us punters to try and profit from this...I've been in this for several years now...perhaps my patience might be rewarded...

Superb chart.

kimoldfield - 04 Jul 2017 17:41 - 166 of 541

It is a nice looking chart! I wonder where this share would have been with the same discovery 10 years ago, without the influence of the infamous Mr Lenigas?!

kimoldfield - 18 Jul 2017 13:58 - 167 of 541

A lot of excitement in the UKOG camp!😃

Superb performance today and a new closing high.

required field - 19 Jul 2017 11:26 - 169 of 541

Yes...and if the flow-tests are ok coupled with perhaps crude rising past $50 a barrel :....7p plus sooner or later....lots of ifs.....but it's a distinct possibility....

cynic - 19 Jul 2017 11:41 - 170 of 541

and planning permission to extract a racing certainty of course
full production by end 2018 no doubt

required field - 19 Jul 2017 21:17 - 171 of 541

Looking good......really good...of course on land near Gatwick...might need plenty of noddin' nellies with serious pumps as it seems the oil is spread over 30km.....(I find it surprising the use of km...when the americans have dominated the oil situation for nearly a century with their terms....)...anyway can't grumble with the sp rocketing.....

required field - 20 Jul 2017 09:52 - 172 of 541

Another surge !.....doing really well.....

mitzy - 20 Jul 2017 10:02 - 173 of 541

Amazing chart this one the sky really is the limit.

cynic - 20 Jul 2017 10:36 - 174 of 541

but will it be pump and dump as in the past
i know i have a jaundiced view, but it seems to me that a great deal of faith is being placed on a great many unknowns and imponderables

anyone remember the likes of FOGL and other stocks with bore the stench of lenigas?
enough said i think

required field - 20 Jul 2017 11:36 - 175 of 541

This is flowing oil Cynic....FOGL was perhaps all the way....

required field - 20 Jul 2017 11:37 - 176 of 541
