Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Spaceman ; They should have disappeared. We put some page tracking code in and it does not like the https connections, so we have removed it.

I found today that going to the help section, and then trying to return to Stockwatch or Trades I had to log in again, even though L2 was running in another browser.

Today I have been unable to get Streaming charts, just a grey background.

covenant, no known problem here with streaming charts - has something
on your PC changed recently?
It might help to download the latest Java VM plug-in:
- go to java.sun.com
- click on the 'Java VM' link at the top right
- in the resulting page, click the brightly coloured button that says "Get It Now!"
- download and follow the instructions to install
Please let us know if you're still having trouble after this.

Ian , thanks

GRAEME.ALEXANDER - 28 Jan 2004 13:48 - 1585 of 7315

Money AM.
I have just noticed the change to P&L in portfolio.
I think you did it yesterday judging from my printout last night.
Thanks very much, it makes the day to day picture on movements much easier to see at a glance. Graeme.

GRAEME,

Yes Felix installed this last night - I will pass on your comments.

Morning,
I am getting a blank screen on stockwatch today, with the following message on the grey bar at the base of the window: "load class.com deltastream applet stock applet not found".

Any ideas?

Cheers,
dell

IanT(MoneyAM) - 29 Jan 2004 08:02 - 1588 of 7315

dell,

all is fine at this end - sounds like for some reason your pc is struggling to load the applet - can you restart your pc and try again?

Ian

dell314 - 29 Jan 2004 08:18 - 1589 of 7315

Ian,
I've shut down and brought everything up gently and it seems fine now.

Many thanks for the quick response.
Much appreciated.

Phatom orders on TATE L2

BrianTrayda - 30 Jan 2004 08:22 - 1591 of 7315

Has anybody else noticed the response time from this site is getting slower and slower, day by day? Especially stockwatch loading and streaming, and logon.
Or is it me now that I'm old. :)

IanT(MoneyAM) - 30 Jan 2004 08:24 - 1592 of 7315

BrianTrayda,

The site is running fine at the moment, can you Email me directly if you experience any further problems.

ian@moneyam.com

Thanks

Ian

BrianTrayda - 30 Jan 2004 08:41 - 1593 of 7315

Shall do Ian - I can see on the router lights that it's the response time rather than just a slow trickle problem.

BrianTrayda - 30 Jan 2004 10:36 - 1594 of 7315

Good news Ian. A problem was found at the BT Exchange and the ADSL card. They did a full reset on the card and the connection is better.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 30 Jan 2004 11:15 - 1595 of 7315

Thanks for letting me know Brian.
