If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

PW Carnell,
If you close your browser and restart it, then log in again you should be OK.

Money AM.
I have just noticed the change to P&L in portfolio.
I think you did it yesterday judging from my printout last night.
Thanks very much, it makes the day to day picture on movements much easier to see at a glance. Graeme.

Morning,
I am getting a blank screen on stockwatch today, with the following message on the grey bar at the base of the window: "load class.com deltastream applet stock applet not found".
Any ideas?
Cheers,
dell

dell,
all is fine at this end - sounds like for some reason your pc is struggling to load the applet - can you restart your pc and try again?

Ian,
I've shut down and brought everything up gently and it seems fine now.
Many thanks for the quick response.
Much appreciated.

Has anybody else noticed the response time from this site is getting slower and slower, day by day? Especially stockwatch loading and streaming, and logon.
Or is it me now that I'm old. :)

Shall do Ian - I can see on the router lights that it's the response time rather than just a slow trickle problem.

Good news Ian. A problem was found at the BT Exchange and the ADSL card. They did a full reset on the card and the connection is better.

Forward diary does not seem to work for February as it jumps directly to March (in research)
