Sore point!

I've got an e-mail from the seller this am saying that he had neglected to put a reserve on it and as such he now doesn't want to sell it because it didn't meet his reserve. Ironically, I would've paid for it already, but the PayPal website was down last night. I think he's got a bloody cheek, although I'm not sure what I can really do about it.

Probably not much except report him and leave bad feedback. If he re-advertisers, e.mail any bidders and bad mouth him.

You could also sue him in the small claims court Hil if you're feeling particularly vindictive :-)

I've e-mailed the seller quoting the terms of the User Agreement and have stated that I expect him to honour the agreement. I can't be bothered with small claims courts, so I'll just leave him bad feedback and forget about it if he won't play ball.

If he re-advertises set up a bogus account and bid it up so you win. Then tell him you dont want the item.

Having a late lunch, been out looking for kitchens this morning, anyway bought 2 rolls of wall paper and a bag of plant compost!! I will have to be more dedicated I think :-))
