I've e-mailed the seller quoting the terms of the User Agreement and have stated that I expect him to honour the agreement. I can't be bothered with small claims courts, so I'll just leave him bad feedback and forget about it if he won't play ball.

If he re-advertises set up a bogus account and bid it up so you win. Then tell him you dont want the item.

No DD though do have a Hornby loco Prince Edward I think it is, oh and a few cars picked up from garages with petrol, thought they may be worth something in about 250 years time.

loadsa,i have a few not many.I have had them for a long time I think they where about 2 quid when i bought them,,,,,,they have been over 10 quid,i just bought for the discounts they offer on scalextrix i am in the club 19.00 a year.so i have a discount with my 100 shares but i would not sell them.
