Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Pesticides hit queen bee numbers
Some of the world's most commonly used pesticides are killing bees by damaging their ability to navigate and reducing numbers of queens, research suggests.
Scientific groups in the UK and France studied the effects of neonicotinoids, which are used in more than 100 nations on farm crops and in gardens.
The UK team found the pesticides caused an 85% drop in queen production.

Cassini spacecraft captures Saturn moon geyser images
The Cassini spacecraft has captured striking images from flying by three moons of Saturn, including new pictures of Enceladus's gushing geysers.
Cassini made its lowest pass yet over the south pole of Enceladus, at at an altitude of 74km (46 miles).
This allowed it to "taste" the jets of water vapour and ice that the moon spews forth into space.

Snow for Easter after the sunshine
After what has been the third warmest March on record, poor weather will arrive on Monday bringing possible sleet or snow in the north, forecasters said.
Temperatures on Monday could reach 14C (57F) in London, but may be as low as 8C (46F) in Scotland with icy conditions in the mountains.
It comes after much of the UK sweltered in temperatures of above 20C (68F) this week, compared to average March temperatures of 9C (48F).
It is thought to be the third warmest March since records began 350 years ago.
In Southampton temperatures peaked at 23 (74F), equalling a previous March 28 record set in 1965.

"Louse"
He hasn't the "louse" to know how to do "something".
It may be a colloquialism from my youth and possibly derived from a Welsh expression. But, it was a used expression.
On reflection remember my original puzzlement when I heard it.
May have been used in a humorous way or taking the mickey.
Possibly, refers to absence of head (lice).
It would be suitable adjective for one on this this thread, who likes "nit picking".
Twit, also comes to mind.

Do you think our shambling Cameroon is trying to improve this months retail figures by boosting them by sale of petrol and diesel.
Noticed that one person has already paid a horrendous penalty for storing petrol.
Good advice from this government.
Why don't they think of consequences before they open their mouths.
