Hoy, Paul; sorry, JJS - trying to run off with our entertainers. Just enjoyed a happy few minutes: not catching up with SEO (they probably not going anywhere) but with some amusing witicisms. Well done guys (and gals - who is a gal by the way?)

I can see that this board had a good weekend! RNS due any day now, that is Monday to Friday of any week...should have a deal wrapped up in USA at any time, unless it biodegrades!

Well were back into the 13's, hope this doesn't fall any lower...

stockdog - 03 Apr 2006 12:23 - 15854 of 27111

Any thoughts on what we're seeing here, dipping below 14p floor? Is it end of year effect, possibly, or something more fundamental? Can't see what's changed. Looking at last April's chart, there was also a marked dip over the change of tax year, after which we mmade good progress, albeit in the context of a generally upward trend - unlike our current crab nebula.

There can only be two possible reasons for the present levels 1. Tax Year end 2. Lack of any news. If there was anything sinister lurking in the background something would have created a bit of a rumble somewhere and we would have been seeing a sharp drop in the price. No news is good news!

What we are seeing is no Poxy orders SEO get your *******g fingers out all talk and no do, that will get the sp moving.

kimoldfield - 03 Apr 2006 12:35 - 15857 of 27111

There is only 1 F in ******g Driver!! Hope you had a good weekend.

Kim

bosley - 03 Apr 2006 13:30 - 15859 of 27111

sd, i think the woryying thing would be that if the pattern repeats this year it will hit a lot of stops. that it turn could send the sp further south. would it recover?

robinhood - 03 Apr 2006 14:45 - 15860 of 27111

From april 05 to april 06 sp of seo has done sweet f.a. (other than peaking at 30 and coming back to april 05 lvls). Consequently do not believe there is going to be a sell off for topping up capital gains allowance as there is not any profit to be taken. This share is going neither North nor South until we get some news

stockdog - 03 Apr 2006 15:51 - 15861 of 27111

robinhood - they could be crystallising losses to set off against other gains, if they bought at/near the peak.

JJS - 03 Apr 2006 17:03 - 15862 of 27111

I guess the buyer of 1,000,000 is looking to make a profit, rather than crystalize a loss :)

Do we have a turning point ?
Will the 1,000,000 buy inspire more buying tomorrow ?
Will we get news tomorrow ?
Stay tuned for the answers to these and many more strange questions !

greekman - 03 Apr 2006 18:23 - 15863 of 27111

Stockdog,
You beat me to it. As you rightly say, some punters will be selling to take a loss to put against profit re capital gains. I did same myself last year. It's a pity the old method of b and b no longer applies. Yet another nice little ploy closed by that nice G Brown.

Oilywag - 03 Apr 2006 18:46 - 15864 of 27111

So once you've sold shares at a loss to offset against profits elswhere, how soon can you buy them back without incurring the grave displeasure of Greedy Brown?

Greenseal

Whilst waiting to have my car MOT'd today, I went to the local ASDA to look at their plastic packaging of fresh produce.

What I think was Greensealed, was ground beef mince, bacon, cooked (chinese) chicken and beetroot as the sealing on these packages were smaller neater, more secure and did not have a loose bit of the top film hanging over the edge of the bottom plastic tray?

I tried to lift the edge of the film but could not. Does this sound like Greenseal to those who know more about the subject than my untrained eye.

Answers on a postcard whilst I go to torture my yoga students. Will be back at 9.30 so be quick.
