Always opto. Got next three days off, shed being delivered tomorrow and a bit of decorating

optomistic - 12 Oct 2004 16:36 - 15858 of 23498

A new shed! now that should create some interest! I have a couple of rolls of paper to hang then emulsion. After that the other side of the wall is the kitchen, new one to fit then tile etc..oh dear why do I start such projects.

Good afternoon.

Fundamentalist - 12 Oct 2004 17:41 - 15860 of 23498

You got it easy lol - the house i am buying is a start at the top and work down job

Socrates - 12 Oct 2004 18:02 - 15861 of 23498

Fundy
Much safer to start at the bottom and work upwards. Might prevent it falling down.

chocolat - 12 Oct 2004 18:20 - 15862 of 23498

Blimey! Jeffie's lost it...he's going to decorate his shed.
G'devening chaps.

Kayak - 12 Oct 2004 18:50 - 15863 of 23498

Chocolat? I nearly thought you were on the menu for the Xmas lunch, at no. 11, but then you're a classy lady so Ian can't possibly have been referring to you!

Fundamentalist - 12 Oct 2004 19:08 - 15864 of 23498

Socs - state of the roof - may not have an option

STORMCALLER - 12 Oct 2004 20:31 - 15865 of 23498

Evening all,
Fundy, when are you due to get the survey results, do you know yet?

STORMCALLER - 12 Oct 2004 22:54 - 15866 of 23498

Bugger, missed him, so I guess I better do my good deed for the day, and help a lonely guinness by keeping it company for a while, and perhaps educate it in the benefits of becoming part of a bigger organisation...

Fundamentalist - 12 Oct 2004 23:46 - 15867 of 23498

Stormy

been on the NW night out - only went for a quick drink and ended up staying all night - great night out and great to put a face to some of the names. Got some probs with the lease currently so the survey is on hold for now.

Choccie - hope you got home safely

STORMCALLER - 12 Oct 2004 23:52 - 15868 of 23498

Hi Fundy,
Old old story, just drop in for a quick one, seen it a thousand times!! Hoped you would go to Clitheroe, I did, same problem great to meet and connect names with faces, but always need more time, care for a nightcap?

STORMCALLER - 12 Oct 2004 23:53 - 15869 of 23498

Hope the new property is sorted soon, but if it gets heavy, best to walk!

Fundamentalist - 12 Oct 2004 23:57 - 15870 of 23498

Sounds like a wondeful idea stormy - guinness i assume

Would have gone to clitheroe but was at a property auction

Had a bit of a shocker when i got to the bar tonight. Having been told the money am'ers would be the large group making the noise I went up to the only large group and said "hi are you from money am?" to be sullenly told "ive got no money and its not the morning" - teach me to be punctual before the loud raucous group had formed!!!!

STORMCALLER - 13 Oct 2004 00:02 - 15871 of 23498

Fundy,
Naturally!!
You missed a good gig!
Teach you to be smart, anyway Ruth organised it, you should know it is the ladies privilege to be late.......lol

STORMCALLER - 13 Oct 2004 00:02 - 15872 of 23498

Oh, here's the guinness!!

Fundamentalist - 13 Oct 2004 00:06 - 15873 of 23498

Cheers stormy

yep - walk into the normal pitfalls lol

STORMCALLER - 13 Oct 2004 00:08 - 15874 of 23498

Fundy,
Silly part for me was to go all that way (from London), half the people I met were from my manor.......go figure....Cheers!

chocolat - 13 Oct 2004 00:08 - 15875 of 23498

Did you get your keys out of the dog then, fundie?

STORMCALLER - 13 Oct 2004 00:10 - 15876 of 23498
