pm1, EVS have no cash, only debt, and so they will never be a cash shell, let alone make the acquisitions they thought they could make months ago, before the three profit warnings!

More like stability warnings.
LONDON (AFX) - Shares in Envesta Telecom more than halved - by 0.55 pence to 0.42 - after the company warned it might still need support from its bankers following the sale of Seven Telecom, its sole trading company.
Several indications of interest for Seven have been received. However, there is a real prospect that the funds received from the disposal of Seven will not be sufficient to remove the guarantee from Envesta on the secured bank borrowings of Seven currently capped at 1.1 mln stg, Envesta cautioned.

We have been away for a week or so - not a nice homecoming to see the price thrashed as well as the company.
Amazed Advans has shown his face on the other side - he may not have done much wrong (so he says) but we are somewhat surprised at his actions - unless he is going to make a bid for the company! There is no doubt he made some investors very happy.
Regards all.

You have my genuine hopes that you come out at least something to show for your loyalty. I would not rule out the possibility that there is a chance that the EVS listing may be used in some wierd and wonderful way for a new venture.
The core business however is dead - I still expect 7 Telecom to be bought for 1 by Steve Evans in the next week or so, possibly out of admin to leave the debt behind. EVS itself may them re-emerge with some facy new venture but it would need to trade first since I can't see them being able to raise any money after what has happened.
I have not hidden the fact that I took a hefty loss on this, and am now grateful for selling when I did and at least miniminsing the loss to 50%. I have also made it clear that the market was NOT the problem - it is as vast as always but the management were walked all over by a competitor who took their entire trading away in a matter of months - that is NOT just down to bad luck, I feel the L&G deal and a few other things made them totally complacent and thay sat back and let it happen, spotting the problems too late.
For any long term holders I would like to see a happy ending but I can't see it.
Just to really make you smile, I put what I got back from EVS ( still five figures ) all into LGB, also known as the roullette wheel of AIM, round and round and round she goes, where she stops nobody knows !!
Regards
2LB

Envesta Telecom PLC
02 November 2005
Envesta Telecom ('Envesta' or the 'Company')
The Company announced on 11 October that they were in the process of selling off
their sole operating subsidiary Seven Telecom ('Seven') and after receiving
several indications of interest there was a real prospect that the funds
received from the disposal of Seven would not be sufficient to remove the
guarantee from Envesta on the secured bank borrowings of Seven currently capped
at GBP1.1 million, and in this event, the Company will need the continued
support of its bank.
The bank yesterday served a demand on the Company and Seven for the monies owned
to them and the directors have therefore requested for an administrator to be
appointed to Seven with a view of finding an acquirer for its business and
assets. The administrator is in the final stages of agreeing a sale which is
expected to be announced shortly. However the proceeds from the sale will not be
sufficient to remove the guarantee from Envesta on the secured bank borrowings
of Seven currently capped at GBP1.1 million.
The Directors have therefore requested suspension of the Company's ordinary
shares pending clarification of its financial position. A further announcement
will be made in due course.

0222166, I think you are clutching at straws matey, believe in this shambles of this fiasco of a co if you want to, you will be the loser.
You have already stated that you have not yet recieved any payments for your services to CCR.
How long have you been a dealer with CCR? Do you not think you should have had some income from this by now?
All that hard work for nothing so far, and all the customers you have aquired are not yours to keep if the co decides to alter its course!
THEY BELONG TO CCR NOT YOU!!!!
The dealers and pi's have been well and truly shafted IMHO!

0222166 Hi,
Thanks for the E-Mail, yes I agree with you, it does indeed appear that you are correct :)
I think tangle is heading for the squelcher, talk about bashing, thats about as bad as I am willing to have on my screen, and whats the point, just so bitter for selling at a loss I reckon, as there is no point in posting that kind of bashing drivel here, as hardly anyone reads this thread anyway !
I bet tangle has a full time job over at advfn(the dark side) bashing EVS ....
Cheers,
PM

Paul, what have you got to say now????
Pity you can't post on here anymore!
Or have you another alias, please let me know how much you lost and pulled others into losing with all your hype.
I just have to say how sorry I am for all folks who have lost out on investing in Investa.
I, have also made a loss, but managed to get out when I felt they were on dodgy ground and only lost a few K.
Good luck in the future all.
Tangle.
