A sitting duck! (DUC)

JRM - 11 Nov 2004 15:45

Imagine an established company. Only worth 13 million with over 8million in cash. A positive trading statement in a growing market. Worth over a billion pounds -recently and due for a bounce -It's Durlacher and ready to go?

So why have the shares fallen, is it just bitterness from yesteryear?

Please comment?

If you don't buy somebody 'll grab this gem!

Sorry, I didn't mean to brag. I'm just tired of holding gold when all others see is dirt!

Today, the market makers appear to be up to their old tricks. Widen the spread to slow things down and bring in a lump of cheaper stock before the next march forward.

What's happening?

It looks like a takeover to me!

Any thoughts?

I can't believe this another of my holdings has been suspended pending takeovers!

There was a time when such an announcement would really boost the share price.
