strange and sad day, but the show must go on. hard to see where this one is going in these circumstances. some (eg yahoo) have it going up today, while on here its gone down. last few trades appear to be buys though. is this just a return to its 'normal' level of 6p-ish from before those director sells?

Carlsbad, CA, July 08, 2005 Cariboo Regional District, a regional government entity that operates independently of British Columbias provincial government and provides varied services to the region, including fire protection, recreation, library, waste management, utility and other services has selected Tadpole Technology Groups GO! Sync (ArcPad) technology for use in their Invasive Plant Treatment Program.
The regional district has operated an invasive plant control program for more than 20 years. During that time large volumes of paper records, maps and sketches of treatment sites had to be accumulated and manually entered into a database. Recently, the district has implemented an automated process that includes the use of PDAs running ESRIs ArcPad and Tadpoles GO! Sync (ArcPad) software to provide field crews the capability of collecting and mapping critical invasive plant information.
By utilizing Tadpoles GO! Sync (ArcPad) software, field crews simply dock or connect their handheld devices at the end of the day to synchronize data with the central database. In addition, the data is also synchronized between all the mobile devices to support information sharing by field staff.
The use of GO! Sync (ArcPad) streamlines our operation and saves valuable labor hours, said Brad Payne, Cariboo Regional Districts Manager of Information Technology.
GO! Sync continues to prove itself across many sectors using ESRIs ArcPad; stated Don Fryhover, Director of Business Development for Tadpole Technologys Geospatial Solutions Division Cariboo Regional Districts Invasive Plant Treatment Program is another fine example of how GO! Sync can help organizations with critical field mapping operations.
About GO! Sync (ArcPad)
GO! Sync (ArcPad) is a turnkey solution that automates the process of updating GIS data stored on handhelds. GO! Sync synchronizes mapping data between ArcSDE and PocketPC devices whenever docked or on-line. This automated process enables organizations to efficiently share spatial information in support of field operations. By simplifying the process, GO! Sync has become a requirement for organizations implementing ArcPad.

how come you come across as almost civilised on the seo thread?
you talk a good fight, so must appreciate that this may be a good time to have a few tads under the bed. always bad /risky to slag a share at its near all time low ( especially a share like tad with its phoenix like properties ). up big time or out for good i say.......a grand invested is not the end of the world if all goes tits up. but every penny up is 200 quid to the good. time will tell and tad knows all about hanging on.

oh, I am exraordinarily civilzed supererr, quite the little Lord Fauntleroy me,nope I wouldn`t touch it with a barge -pole, I only follow it on the side-lines to see the
wind blow out of yuff & cos bums, its hilarious to watch the absolute nonesense they post, as if nobody can read or remember that they bgt. at 5,10, yes and even 20X the present price, never suggest selling, but continue to recommend,
buy and even strong buy as the price falls.
Of course iii is the real place to watch the fun, where director selling becomes a `positive sign`, and prompts them to ramp even more-its` magic.
For a director to add his reasons for selling, as the share price plummets, is even more bizzarre- and they pretend that the fact that it is to pay his tax is (hollow laugh) OK, listen if a director sells, even if its to pay a massive court fine, his alimony, jelly-babies for the kids , or diamonds for his mistress, the reasons are inconsequential he isn`t in it for the long term, a child could add that one up-its fcuked.

Iain civillised, there's an oxymoron if anyone ever saw one. Note he's the one following everyone else around all the websites, I think that sums up his personality. As for recommending strong buys etc its only to wind one of his many aliases up. Think Steig of the dump was started by Griff over on iii.
Iain is a very good contrarian indicator as they say, he forecast 3p last time we were at this price possibly a little lower, just before the rally to 28p., :)

yuff-yuff is back, oh what a joy to behold-lol, well, well he lives and breathes- broke it must be said, but my word he is steadfast in his stalking, still searching for an Iain and an Ollie, he has a JAMBONNE in his sights too.
But wait yuffers strong-buy is merely a wind-up, so he really doesn`t believe in TAD at all-ahhh, so there he goes in his friendless world, searching for his three stalkees on FREE bb`s all over the internet, sad, sad creature.
I hear that he is neglecting his market stall a lot these days, still barrow-boys will be barrow-boys
ROFLMFAO@yuffs` HUGE losses.

snappy
one wonders why you waste your time moaning about gem overhangs etc when you don't own the shares.
As regards the share price it isn't going to drop below 6p as GEM won't be selling lower than that and if the offer does hit 6p then there will be plenty of buyers after the recent interims and progress.

he`s a scream isn`t he

what a hoot
As a face saving exercise you should stop posting on here yuff.
At 6p it wasn't going any lower, now the dcb is in - mr steig of the dump will continue dumping his worthless stock to pay off his tax liability - whilst some muppety buyers still continue to accumulate on over inflated prospects, hype and false hopes.
I still can't bring myself to look in on those lemmings over on the 3eyes.

A new word is now going the rounds of the penny-dreadful gangs, its called `Yuffing`,basically its` buying really high, holding until you lose 97% of your money, and then post the share as a "strong buy".A lesser well known phenomenon is named "Steiging",or steadily selling your holding while pleading poverty, many naively take pity on such people, and they in turn are called Tadders .
`Gemming`, or waiting for a rise prior to dumping millions bgt. at 6p( aka Steig-dumping), is perhaps the most feared.
Gemming the Steig-Yuffer ski-slope is too horrid to analyse, however it will soon be revealed in all its glory.

Carlsbad, CA, July 11, 2005: The Water Department of Burbank Water and Power (BWP) of California, a municipal utility serving approximately 45,000 households and 6,000 businesses with water and electricity, has implemented Tadpole Technology's GO! Sync (ArcPad) to improve citywide maintenance efforts.
Previously administered paper inspections are now integrated with ESRI's GIS software and digitally completed, saving time and money. This technology rollout is centered on automation of the department's hydrant inspection program and is built upon ESRI's ArcPad software running on Trimble ReconTM handheld devices.
"Going paperless with our inspection records has been a goal for the water department for some time," states Tom Lutgen, BWP Engineering Technician. "Working with Tadpole Technology, we've cost effectively accomplished an important step toward implementing an enterprise GIS. This application allowed us to extend into field operations with data that was ready, while continuing to build the rest of the system. With reduced staff time and improved accuracy using inexpensive technology options, we've ensured a return for this investment, which is the bottom line."
"This hydrant maintenance and inspection application is a system that every water organization can use and gain benefit. It's inexpensive, simple to roll out, and easy to use," says Carrie Turner, Marketing Manager for Tadpole Technology. "It's rewarding to see BWP continue to use our software and to yield savings through field efficiencies."

more sales at a 75% discount to cost then, and the shareholders pick up the tab, I think this method of selling at a loss is called a `Guru One`
