ssanebs - 15 Apr 2006 11:40 - 16001 of 27111

seo is the worst company..... yet they are talking to wal-mart and macdonalds! When dealing with these kind of giants seo have to take a back seat and be dictated to, and go along with their timeframes not seo's. If we have no news on one of these two by july i will sell.

hlyeo98 - 15 Apr 2006 14:28 - 16002 of 27111

I will join u, ssanebs

Blimmy if you two sell the sp will collapse.

Oilywag - 15 Apr 2006 20:18 - 16004 of 27111

Don't worry driver, they only have three shares between them.

I have bought SEO at 6 differing pricers over the last 2 years. The last 2 purchases are at present showing a loss, with the previous 4 showing gains. Considering in total I am approx 300% up, I could do with many more worst company buys. I bought for the long term, and am confident that eventually my most expensive buy @ 22p will go into profit.

Hello again,

I am not worried by the lack of news recently, bearing in mind that news has to come out eventually, doesn't the lack of news statistically mean that we are due some very soon ?

I hear Howard is back in the US, and has been since late last week, so maybe news will come from there next week ?

Tonyrelaxes - 18 Apr 2006 00:43 - 16007 of 27111

Late last week? Sounds like he went there for the long Easter weekend - or to get away from ours as I don't think Good friday is a holiday over there. Hopefully for more important things too....

oblomov - 18 Apr 2006 07:21 - 16008 of 27111

How do you know Howards movements so precisely, JJS, if you dont mind me asking? Are you a Stanelco employee, friend or neighbour?

bosley - 18 Apr 2006 07:52 - 16009 of 27111

oblomov, stalker probably .

Oilywag - 18 Apr 2006 08:11 - 16010 of 27111

The only person who I recall knew as much about Howard's movements was PM1 ....... !

Food for thought

The oily one

Hello again,

I notice the price is ticking up a bit on no reported volume, which is always a good positive sign :)

oblomov - 18 Apr 2006 09:32 - 16012 of 27111

Hello again, JJS - any chance you could answer my question, please?

bhunt1910 - 18 Apr 2006 09:49 - 16014 of 27111

JJS - your comment was rather tempting fate !!!

Tonyrelaxes - 18 Apr 2006 10:28 - 16015 of 27111

JJS probably saw this on another BB. The poster is in all likelyhood PM1 :-))

Gary H - 17 Apr'06 - 20:04 - 62035 of 62040

Howard has been in the USA since late last week, possibilities of USA news next week have thus increased :)

Fred1new - 18 Apr 2006 11:52 - 16016 of 27111

No news doesn't worry me. But news often does.

Tonyrelaxes - 18 Apr 2006 11:59 - 16017 of 27111

Looking at the Notice of AGM there are two Special Resolutions. The second is to permit the Company to make market purchases of its own shares - up to 94,279,873 shares, which it says is "approximatly 10% of the issued shares.

I thought share buy backs were a means of enhancing shareholder value by the reverse of dilution (concentration?). Anyone know anything about this now with SEO? And what is the significance of the very specific number of shares that could be involved?
