He's gone a bit quiet..LOL..maybe he's in his shed!

A result at the cafe lunchtime when a group of Brits were trying to explain to the girls at the counter that they wanted to bring their pet pooch in to sit with them and wondered whether it was allowed.

After trying, dog, bow-wow and making barking noises, they got no response and the girls at the bar asked me to translate.

Result - one happy group of tourists, a waggy-tailed mongrel, a free coffee and do'nut for G and a tick up on the locals "one-of-us" chart. :-)

Probably petrified at the thought of us lot arriving Saturday for the weekend!!

Slight delay in posting, next door neighbour called to let me know her husband is back in hospital. He's a bit fed up keeps on going in and out and they can't sort it. Unles they are just putting it off.

opto, I wished. Just had a bit of a disaster. In my hall I have a radiator cover and we wanted to put a mirror over it but a light switch is in the way. So today I have been moving the light switch a couple of feet. While I was clearing up my mess I put the radiator cover outside and the wind blew it over and damaged it. Wife not happy

Then wait until a storm blows the shed down..rad cover in shed..damaged..insurance!! No kidding Jeff got to be a new one, so much for DIY
