Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

BPRG is a long term hold IMHO. I'm at a bit of a loss at present and maybe BPRG may plummet in near future. But in 3 or 4 years time, i'm sure this share will be several s. A lot of people commenting on this share appear to be traders and not long term investors. I only buy for m,edium to long term growth just like Warren Buffett.

Warren Buffett wouldn't be seen dead buying BPRG, trust me!
;-))
It's now a traders' share like it or not.

Long term investing is fine for companies like PAY or NLR with rising trends and good growth established but you could grow barnacles waiting around for this one. Grab a profit when you're up!!

Damages assessment to proceed in High Court case
BioProgress plc (AIM: BPRG; NASDAQ: BPRG) advises that the UK Patents Court has
rejected the attempt by Stanelco Fibre Optics Limited ("Stanelco") to re-open
the case, and has awarded the relevant legal costs to BioProgress. Stanelco has
been granted permission to appeal this latest decision but this will not hold up
the process for assessing the damages to be paid by Stanelco to the Company's
wholly owned subsidiary BioProgress Technology Limited.
Stanelco must now comply with the Court's previous order and disclose all
material details relevant to the misuse of the information previously given to
them in confidence by BioProgress. These details will allow BioProgress to
formulate its damages claim which will then be assessed by the Court.
Graham Hind, Chief Executive of BioProgress, said: "We are clearly pleased that
the Court has quickly rejected Stanelco's application for a re-trial on the
single issue of breach of confidence, and has stuck by its previous judgment.
This decision further vindicates the position we have taken throughout these
proceedings."

Can't see how it helps. SEO can appeal again and no word on damages, if any.

Stanelco plc ("Stanelco")
Statement re Court Case
Judgement was given today in an application made by Stanelco RF Technologies
Limited as part of its long running dispute with BioProgress Technology Limited.
The judgement related to an application by Stanelco for the court to consider
further documents, which had come to light since the judgement in the main
action was handed down.
The court decided that it would not consider the further documents and
BioProgress was awarded some of its costs (GBP18,000). More importantly, Stanelco
was given leave to appeal the judge's decision.
Stanelco's Chief Executive Ian Balchin said today: "There are a number of
important issues yet to be resolved in this case including the extent of
BioProgress's claim for damages and an application by Stanelco for leave to
appeal the main judgement. We don't see this matter being finalised for a long
time yet.
In the meantime Stanelco is focusing the majority of its efforts on
commercialising its food tray lidding technology in conjunction with strategic
partners and we expect to be able to announce more on this in the near future."
