If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

can you close down all of your browsers and then pull up a new browser and see if you can access stockwatch.

Felix,
On the "spikey charts" charts problem, I can't really say which stocks are affected by this.
Can you confirm whether the values charted are mid prices or last trades? If mid prices I suspect that it's a problem affecting SETS stocks that open with crazy spreads.
I've noticed that BigCharts (as used on the FT site) are generally clear of spikes. A**** Mam competitor also has fairly clean charts.
If you are charting mid prices maybe you should think about switching to last trade. And if no trade occurs during the next chart interval then repeating the last value until the next trade... But what do I know... Maybe some others could comment. I'm sure this must affect quite a lot of users.

PS (on edit)
I can't help noticing that the 5 Day charts only show 4 days of data...

Is this site totally bolloxed?!
Why, from the traders thread will it not go back to list-quicker to click AM site again & get in that way.
Then notice Ftse index is still @ 4434-why no update?
Thought being double billed was bad enough:((
Doesn't like post replies either!

5 day charts are only displaying 4 days, as well as being shifted by 6 minutes or so of course...

I have noticed in portfolio that for the last few days the summary figures (performance) are being corrupted by the fact that Incite (INC) have been suspended. The figures show this as a negative amount every day. In line with the recent change you made with regards to the P&L calculation can you do anything with this one so it only shows once.(anything for an easy life).Graeme.

GRAEME.ALEXANDER,
I will pass this onto Felix to look into.
Thanks

GRAEME.ALEXANDER,
I've looked into this, and it appears to be a temporary suspension, resulting
in our data vendor sending us unreliable data for this stock. I'd remove it
from the database, but this seems the wrong thing to do given that the
suspension is likely to be lifted.
In the meantime if you want to keep it in your portfolio, the easiest thing
to do may be to temporarily change the quantity in yout INC transaction to 0,
and then edit this back when the suspension is resolved.
Kayak, the 5 day charts now do show 5 days and not 4 - thanks for pointing
this out.
