Mad Pad,

I will go for the next announcement being one of the following, top is most likely IMHO

Walmart US trials agreement (they want fast-track, they get it !)
Perseco MMF deal (Perseco seem in a big hurry to get Starpol moving too)
UK Greenseal order for 40 or 50 machines maybe from Grampian Foods (After all they are happy with it !)
US Greenseal order or trial for Tyson Foods (They have seen it in full commercial production, a deal must be close IMHO)

Stanelco and Tyson both mentioned here, I bet Tyson read the article :)

One broker says buy(EVO), two say hold(KBC Peel Hunt and T&G), one has no opinion(Merrill Lynch)

None say underperform or sell :)

oblomov - 10 May 2006 08:25 - 16372 of 27111

Yaaaaawn, great stuff JJS - but the SP is still 12.5p. All I want to know is when I can order the new Bentley!

We can get the hype from PM1's website - do we really need a mirror version of it here?

JJS - 10 May 2006 09:00 - 16373 of 27111

Oblomov,

It's not the directors fault you are impatient LOL !

I see no hype on PM1's site, as you haven't been there how would you know ?, all I can see is you attacking him at every opportunity, even when one does not exist, if you want to see a mirror of PM1's site here, wake up you already have it, drivers research thread has copied most of PM1's research, and stole the images he had explicit rights to from Stanelco, so give it a rest please.

oblomov - 10 May 2006 09:05 - 16374 of 27111

I know because your assumption that I haven't been there is incorrect. We all know where it is - we dont need a running commentary here of PM1's pronouncements. How much is he paying you to do it? I'll match it for you not to! lol

JJS - 10 May 2006 09:08 - 16375 of 27111

Oblomov,

Who's paying you to sit here slagging him off daily ?

Or do you have a psychological problem ?

JJS - 10 May 2006 09:10 - 16376 of 27111

Oblomov,

You must have a screw loose if you say broker reccomendatios are 'hype', where do you think institutions get their info ???????????

None say sell or even underperform, in other words shut up and wait !

oblomov - 10 May 2006 09:35 - 16377 of 27111

Point is, its been posted before JJS - you post old news, things we already know - news from July 2005. I call that hype. I cant go to the Bentley dealers with that as a deposit!

And you're starting to sound more like PM1 now - you're turning into him!

Calm down man. No need to get personal.

JJS - 10 May 2006 10:06 - 16378 of 27111

Oblomov,

You still think everyone is PM1, your turning into a wally, and as for personal you have been on his case for years, and you just won't give it a rest.

I have a lot of respect for him, not for his price predictions which still have 3 years to run, but for his research, which he offers to others for free. He has also created a website for investors to read ree research, and a discussion board for a higher level of shareholder. He also has submitted several good ideas to Stanelco, one of which they told him yesterday they are now working on(he Emailed us with the details).

What have you ever done for other investors or the company ? nowt, thanks, I know who I will listen too.

garyble - 10 May 2006 10:06 - 16379 of 27111

Oblo/JJS,

Maybe alerting the bb to info one suspects people might not generally be aware of, like the Walmart/Tyson visit would be the best approach.

It would be pretty sad if there were any here who've invested a significant amount of their hard earned without having done some basic research.

We're all aware of the massive potential, and thats what drove the price up lat year. Well, having recovered from last May's over-excitement and realising that SEO were also at fault in their expetations, we're all simply waiting for something more tangible to materialise............A deal or few with serious 's attached.

JJS - 10 May 2006 10:09 - 16380 of 27111

Garyble,

Very true :)

It's nice to see some buying and a small tick up anyway.

oblomov - 10 May 2006 10:13 - 16381 of 27111

Chill, JJS, chill.

Mad Pad - 10 May 2006 10:20 - 16382 of 27111

Oblomov you can buy my Bentley in the meantime 1988 Mulsanne S nice little runner ,low milage,Balmoral Green ,offers?Lots more style than a new one ,not built by the Huns and think of the money you would save!

hewittalan6 - 10 May 2006 10:33 - 16383 of 27111

Alan

JJS - 10 May 2006 10:47 - 16384 of 27111

Mad Pad,

2 nice nice Bently's in my local dealer, one only has 26k and FSH, bargain at 26k, might even buy it if it's still around in 3 months time :)

Alan

Buyers seem to be creeping in, are they bargain hunters, or think the good news is coming this week, as I do ?

JJS - 10 May 2006 10:51 - 16385 of 27111

The old adversary BPRG seem to be rising too, I wonder whats going on there ?

explosive - 10 May 2006 10:59 - 16386 of 27111

Maybe nothing!!

A revitalised Starpack 2006 has broken all records with entries an all time high of 309 with 867 individual category entries. There have also been 377 entries received for the student and schools Starpack Awards 2006. The increased number of entries mirrors the record investment levels and the emphasis the IOP: the Packaging Society has put on ensuring that the categories reflect the issues facing the packaging supply chain of today and the impact consumer concerns are having on pack developments, said IOP.

IOP said that everything from heavy duty transit packs to finely wrought cosmetic packs will be judged.

Sally Bowden, print technologist at Marks and Spencer, commented: 'Marks and Spencer sees innovation as a key driver for its business and packaging is a high priority to deliver this.

For example, within the food sector product innovation cannot always come without functional support from its packaging.

By being involved in Starpack, we can support centres of excellence for quality and innovation and send the message out to the industry that we are keen to work with anyone who can genuinely offer this.' Chair of the judging panel, Terry Robins, of Stanelco and formerly packaging innovation manager at Sainsbury, is a supporter of the awards programme.

He said: 'The importance of awarding innovation, good quality design and workmanship in packaging is critically important.

Awarding the best and giving them public accreditation for their achievements has been passed down to us from the Ancient Greeks - long may it last.

The Starpack Awards tend to lift standards.

People want to be rewarded and if they know they have a chance it lifts their ideas, which produces some brilliant packaging concepts.' Now in its 47th year the Starpack Awards, according to IOP, continues to move with the times by creating a series of awards relevant to today's packaging market.

A number of new categories designed to mirror the many changes in the packaging supply chain, such as best flexible innovation, best inclusive pack, best shelf ready pack.

best packaging component, best use of innovative materials and the best label printer.

JJS,

Ok so your post of 66368 was a repeat of what we already know. It was a nice pre'cis and I for one like to see an occasional run down of what the prosects are as we often loose sight of the true goal in the hype, IE can't see the wood for the trees. I also think your forecast looks pretty good and will go along with you.

All those Sets Sell orders ( 12 of 50,000 each @ 13p have now gone, all bought at 1032 hrs today ) so with them out of the way it looks like a good little push up wards. It looks to me like someone is building, ie 600,000 shares bought at same time. Level 2 now showing Buy orders double those of Sell orders in amount.
