Cilla..my pleasure I assure you; have a glass of something cold & sparkling.

dd..Re Nas..I bought through TD Waterhouse, no probs and don't think it was prohibitive, either the buy or sell.
For a newsy, progressive free site I used to use CNET Investor which I found to be a very good and useful; just realised that I may be digging a hole re am [do they do $?].
Anyway speak as I find, you ought to have a butchers at the JSE whilst venturing abroad.

stockbunny - 20 Oct 2004 17:03 - 16436 of 23498

Brief visit from me before I get the dinner - I had some stuff to sort
out so I haven't been around online.
The fridge is re-stocked by the looks of it - I assume Opto arranged
a shopping trip, thanks saves me a job - can't have been Socs
as there's more then trifle! LOL (only kidding Socs!)
See the girls have been keeping the bar nice and shiny - cheers!
Hopefully I will be about tomorrow - although if the portfolio puts in
another performance like today, it may not be fun!

jeffmack - 20 Oct 2004 17:21 - 16437 of 23498

Can you please post your mobile numbers. I have a quiz night tonight so I might need to text a friend.

Socrates - 20 Oct 2004 17:24 - 16438 of 23498

Hello, hello hello.

chocolat - 20 Oct 2004 17:33 - 16439 of 23498

Give us yours, jeffie, and we'll text you. :)

Socrates - 20 Oct 2004 17:48 - 16440 of 23498

It's getting a little cooler so I think liver and bacon followed by syrup pudding and custard will do just fine.

amberjane - 20 Oct 2004 18:13 - 16441 of 23498

Can I just have syrup please ohh and a pancake to go with it, cheers

Hi Chocs, just to let you know i got good news last night so had a drink or two later. Opto may be right about my timekeeping, went to a club and got back at 3.00am, couldnt sleep so was eating carrot cake at 4.oo!

chocolat - 20 Oct 2004 18:54 - 16442 of 23498

What did I tell you amberj?
Carrot cake, eh...just the ticket after a wobble.

amberjane - 20 Oct 2004 18:59 - 16443 of 23498

I know but I still worried, thanks though. Now more importantly was that a big wobble or a little wobble or even a treble wobble?

Socrates - 20 Oct 2004 20:09 - 16444 of 23498

Carrot cake? Yuck. Let's have some proper gateaux with cream and jam and chocolate and stuff.

Socrates - 20 Oct 2004 22:18 - 16445 of 23498

Darned quiet in here, I think I'll just pop into the telly room, nice and dark in there.

jj50 - 20 Oct 2004 22:19 - 16446 of 23498

If you ate carrot cake you would be able to see in the dark Socs .........
