Afternoon all there`s lot`s of blue about . Opto just been to liverpool to pick up some new football boots {sunday league}nike total 90 II steve g,moulded stud,present for my brother.
Maccer have you got any of the chav gear,because i have some van dutch peak caps going cheap!!.
Nice to see the foods better now bunny is back {iceland} yes bunny,afternoon amber,and anybody else i have not seen,good afternoon.

OK - how about salads on Mondays, veggie soups on Tuesdays,
jacket potatoes on Wednesdays, pasta on Thursdays and a roasted veggies
dishes on Fridays Amber - accompanied by all the cottage cheese,
low fat olive oil spread & wholemeal bread you can eat!
Oh yes and of course a bowl of scrubbed raw veggies and
fruit available at all times for peckish moments.

Booze technically would be out - but the odd dry white wine
(glass..not bottle!) with meals can't hurt. The weekends of course
would be up to you..hmm..is that a good idea?

Out of interest, Dazzling D, how much were your Nikes? We go to the Nike shop in Calais. I think they do a lot of samples which you don't see in UK shops. Prices seem seriously cheaper than in the UK.

So Jeffie's son wears a Dutch Cap, eh? No comment.

Glad to be back indoors it's rough out there! Good healthy menu Bunny, must bring it back ttt when Amber gets back. Reckon she is going to be hard going with the diet!! LOL.
Jeff, did some pickled cabbage 2 weeks ago, not tried it in cheese sandwhiches yet, will do next time.
