Blasted into oblivion, you could see it happening..still maybe if you have some it might help you get down here for the bowling! 300 miles what are you like, mere snitch of a drive.

substantially nibbled at last night!

the fun and games on the lighter threads..after all would you catch me

OK - how about salads on Mondays, veggie soups on Tuesdays,
jacket potatoes on Wednesdays, pasta on Thursdays and a roasted veggies
dishes on Fridays Amber - accompanied by all the cottage cheese,
low fat olive oil spread & wholemeal bread you can eat!
Oh yes and of course a bowl of scrubbed raw veggies and
fruit available at all times for peckish moments.
Booze technically would be out - but the odd dry white wine
(glass..not bottle!) with meals can't hurt. The weekends of course
would be up to you..hmm..is that a good idea?
;>)
Amber..? Oh dear I think she's left....

What's Chav?
Out of interest, Dazzling D, how much were your Nikes? We go to the Nike shop in Calais. I think they do a lot of samples which you don't see in UK shops. Prices seem seriously cheaper than in the UK.
So Jeffie's son wears a Dutch Cap, eh? No comment.
