MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

LOL! I loved that thread. So many fools, being parted from their money. Shame is, it's the same outfit doing it.

Remember it well. A wee bit of the old deja-vu here. Feckwits losing money.

Methinks the demeanour of dear Tabby is he's well down already. Bummer.

Dil - 01 Aug 2008 21:28 - 1658 of 8631

this is copy of what an informative poster posted on one of the other threads recently..........see if it applies here!

People come to a BB for news and information.
Informed debate brings onboard the more experienced investors that share their knowledge.

However, as the tone of the BB enters the gutter, those experienced investors stop posting and everyone is poorer for that.
The ?? story has already suffered at the hands of day traders/shorters filling the BB`s up with SP comment and is even filled with abuse from people with little or no knowledge of company which indeed is very sad

If I was out of order.and I cant trace all the posts [cant be bothered] I apologiseand at least you write infowhether I agree or not. To all holders of mdx please stick together

Dil - 02 Aug 2008 11:11 - 1666 of 8631

Morning tabby.

Make your mind up scotty , you either live in a nice area or the murder capital of Europe but you can't have it both ways.

Have a nice weekend all , catch you about 9.15pm Monday .... should be about 50p then eh lads.

Here's a thought for all those who complain about the UK:

I spend the majority of my life living where there is no crime, no knives (except to eat with) no vandalism, no murder or rape and definitely no shoplifting or drugs, however, I always look forward to the time when I come home to the UK.

Incidentally if you 'listened' to the likes of BA and Dil rather than slagging 'em off or throwing general abuse you might learn something - I have :))

(Actually, Dil taught me that Wales are the luckiest rugby team of the last few years and that he is a closet England supporter)

Tabasco - apology excepted.

Have a nice Saturday afternoon ;-O]

Big Al - 02 Aug 2008 12:39 - 1669 of 8631

I do not like seeing people bankrupt, but I have little patience for those who blindly pour loads of their savings into situations where they continue to lose their wealth. It is sheer stupidity. I've followed this company from its float and have been amazed at the arrogance of those who fail to see both sides of the story and then blame everyone else for what is really their own fault. That attitude will never make them wealthy.

Good companies thrive and MDX has not in all those 5 years since float.

As I said last night I revisited Edmund Jackson's comments on the AGM. How on earth will MDX go anywhere when that kind of thing happens, and it was all down to those who blame others for being well out of pocket? It's farcical in the extreme.

There are bear points to this company as there are to all companies. I've posted bearish thoughts on many threads, but it's always the followers of MDX (BPRG) who are the most virilent. They seem to believe they have a God-given right to wealth simply because they bought shares and "believe". That's not the way markets work and never has been.

Big Al - 02 Aug 2008 12:46 - 1670 of 8631

Scottie - Aberdeen is a dump no matter what part you live in. I lived there for 6 years and know it well. Wild horses couldn't drag me back ever.

I'm a bit confused about your semi-retirement bit, though. The oilfield may be well paid, especially these days, but you must have had an unbelievable job to acquire that amount of dosh after only 11 years.

tabasco - 02 Aug 2008 13:08 - 1671 of 8631

PT.I spend two months of every year in Southern France.likewise no crime etc..the difference is I always dread the time when I come home..There you gowe disagree again!

tabasco - 02 Aug 2008 14:03 - 1672 of 8631

Just to answer your other point PTI would listen to anyone that I can learn fromDil and Al bully people on this site..Scotty used to get hammered. all because he had a positive view on mdx.well I wont stand for thatit has stopped people posting on this site.Dil got barracked of off adv.. and you know why.all he ever posted wassh*tcr*p10p.to**ersM5 and the others still postask them! If you want me to listen to that.I will if you will!
Al is opinionated to the point of obsession..and he is even worse than Dil with his **********5p shit company...people that have an interest in mdx dont want to hear that all daywould you?
You put tour point of view over and let others decideno problem! But I have tried to fight practically a one man fight to get this site free of the above..and it aint gonna happen.and you endorse these people.

Big Al - 02 Aug 2008 14:32 - 1673 of 8631

If you had an open mind, then people with opposing views might not get to the "point of obsession". You just don't want to hear them, full stop.

At some time in the future this might be a good company, but when AGMs become the shambolic event MDX's obviously descended into, it makes it all the harder for those running it to have the chance to do the right thing.

It's so ironic that those who wish to see it succeed are those standing in the way of that goal. Ridiculous!

Big Al - 02 Aug 2008 14:34 - 1674 of 8631

FYI, the share price of MDX is about 1/3rd of what it was when we started posting bearish comments 4 years ago.

People should have listened more closely then.

ptholden - 02 Aug 2008 16:34 - 1675 of 8631

Tabasco, what you're really talking about is the very essence of financial BBs. The allturistic view is that they are for sharing information and debating the opposite view opinion. What you actually get is 95% of 'investors' telling everyone what a great company so and so is and refusing to listen to the opposing view purely because they have fallen in love with the share and refuse to face the facts and then abusing any and everyone who dares to say something different. Dil's comment about people trading a breakout, watching it falling back and then calling it an investment for the next five years was so funny, simply because it is so true. I would suggest that 99% of posters on this BB have no idea about trading or investing and are far too lazy to do their own research. Most of these are the ones who shout '120p BY XMAS'!! So what is that statement based on? They haven't done any research, know nothing about Technical Analysis nor the fundamental approach, in other words they've fallen in love with the share but are unable to justify the statement if pushed. Is it any surprise that others who have a bearish stance say 10P BY XMAS! and dont bother to justify that either? Both Al and Dil have been doing this a lot longer than I and I wouldn't be surprised if in their early days they posted rationale arguments why a particular company is a pile of ramped up shite but then sat back and watched the abuse roll in. Personally I can't blame them for making a one line statement, but I've learnt to read between the lines when they and others do. Am I asking you to endorse their comments? Absolutely not, make your own mind up. Quite why you feel the need to 'protect' scotty is beyond me and I daresay you haven't done your BB reputation much good by aligning yourself with someone who posts drivel as 'die quickly' and such like. The only time people take you seriously on a financial website is if you post quality information or you can prove you get it right more often than you get it wrong. Copying and pasting from other sites doesn't cut the mustard.

Phew, sermon over, just my humble little opinion of course.
