Priscilla,
I hope you will forgive the question, I am not here much, what are you studying?

Spaceman - 22 Oct 2004 22:51 - 16692 of 23498

P I think its December should pass MST121 (easy one), but I will either have failed or have to resit MS221 (hard one), I was going for enough for a resit for MS221 but it was harder than I expected!

Priscilla - 22 Oct 2004 22:53 - 16693 of 23498

I was doing French. Five hours a week down the local Adult Education Centre plus the OU L120 (which is their beginners level) but they had the exam on my birthday and I decided I would rather spend it in Paris with friends than stuck in OU HQ...... They don't seem bothered so we're agreed on that then!

Lambykins - 22 Oct 2004 22:56 - 16694 of 23498

Hello everyone here I am with my girlfriend Svetlana and my daughter Tatyan Matilda, do you like our picture?

Spaceman - 22 Oct 2004 22:57 - 16695 of 23498

That bloody lambs back !

Priscilla - 22 Oct 2004 22:57 - 16696 of 23498

Lambykins! Err.....Your girlfriend's a big girl, isn't she?

I think we have a bottle of Mouton Cadet around somewhere, if you would like some, lambykins?

Lambykins - 22 Oct 2004 23:00 - 16697 of 23498

Pricilla, I like them big, my other 'friend' is big as well but you must not tell Svetlana about her, her name is Doris.

I dont really like champagne, I prefer water and some nice cool grass.

Spaceman - 22 Oct 2004 23:02 - 16698 of 23498

That lamb cant even tell his fine wine from his champagne.

STORMCALLER - 22 Oct 2004 23:03 - 16699 of 23498

Priscilla,
Sounds like a good call all round therefore, but will you go back, or choose another path?
Spaceman,
At least you made the exams.....lol
Lambykins,
Good evening........er why the formal setting for such a happy gathering?

Priscilla - 22 Oct 2004 23:03 - 16700 of 23498

You mean I still stand a chance with you, lambykins?????? It's usually me that has to wear the bell round my neck....attached to a leather collar and the flying helmet.

STORMCALLER - 22 Oct 2004 23:05 - 16701 of 23498

Priscilla,
Photo! Photo!

Priscilla - 22 Oct 2004 23:05 - 16702 of 23498

Stormcaller, the photo was taken at the Annual Abbatoir Dinner, I think.

I'm taking a year out from studying this time. I rather overdid it last year and the motivation has gone.

Spaceman - 22 Oct 2004 23:08 - 16703 of 23498

Stormcaller, well i wasnt going to the MS221 (they were both maths) but if you dont go unless you have a very good reason you just fail. I said I wanted a resit but you cant ask for them, but if you get between 15-39% you get a resit so that was my plan. The problem is if I got less than 15% its a fail and if I get 40 its a crap pass, so its a dangerous game.

What are you doing??

jj50 - 22 Oct 2004 23:09 - 16704 of 23498

Good grief. What's going on here? Think I have had too much champagne Stormie - Dolly the sheep is appearing in triplicate in front of my eyes??.....

Lambykins - 22 Oct 2004 23:10 - 16705 of 23498

Princilla thats not very nice, I have got a lot of pictures on my website and noe of them were taken at the abbatoir !

Priscilla - 22 Oct 2004 23:11 - 16706 of 23498

Lambykins looks more like Jimmy Saville than I remembered him. Scary, but I find Svetlana's boyfriend rather attractive.....in a cuddly sort of way. How about you, jj?

What is your website address, lambykins? And by 'scary' I mean it's not the done thing to find someone else's partner attractive, is it?

jj50 - 22 Oct 2004 23:11 - 16707 of 23498

Mouton Rothschild might go down well..

jj50 - 22 Oct 2004 23:13 - 16708 of 23498

Could be right P, but then perhaps he is pulling the wool over our eyes? The bell is quite cute ........

STORMCALLER - 22 Oct 2004 23:15 - 16709 of 23498

Priscilla,
A year out sounds great, must try that one at work......lol
Spaceman,
As you say a dangerous game, a bit like my trading maybe....
Study wise, nothing formal, at the moment learning time is dedicated to trading and trying to get to grips with it after years of "toying" with "the game".
jj50,
You can't have too much champagne......as long as it's the good stuff!

jj50 - 22 Oct 2004 23:17 - 16710 of 23498

I'll go along with that SC ..... staring into an empty glass......
