I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

All down to a sale I think momentum. A sale is required to propel price north and break the recent downtrend.
I could be wrong, but I'm not sure there is enough action currently for technical trading.
A sales announcement will change everything, as confidence will return.

Results should be out soon hopefully we will get an update for ProphetX which
CMS declined to include in the yearly report, people have been told that new
clients have signed up. Also plenty of rumours of TDI contracts for NYMEX and
the Kansas Exchange.

CBOT expands use of TDI
for electronic data distribution
CMS WebView plc ("CMS") is pleased to announce that the Chicago Board of Trade
("CBOT") will be expanding its use of TDI to distribute market data for
Kansas City Board of Trade ("KCBT") and Minneapolis Grain Exchange ("MGEX").
The CBOT has signed agreements with KCBT and MGEX to distribute their market
data via its quote vendor network. The CBOT uses TDI as its data
distribution system and, in return, CMS will be paid additional annual fees for
this service.
TDI is a modular suite of software which is used to process,
redistribute, analyse and store vast amounts of real-time financial data. The
benefits to customers of TDI include its wide range of proven input and
output interfaces, together with inbuilt network resilience and significant data
flow capabilities.
Bob Antell, Chief Executive of CMS, commented:
"We believe that its adoption by the CBOT and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange
has defined TDI as industry standard software for the distribution of
financial market data.
The fact that the CBOT will be distributing market data for KCBT and MGEX using
TDI is a further endorsement of its confidence in our software. This
agreement enhances CMS's position as a leading provider of exchange data
distribution software."
Steve Dickey, V.P. of Market Data Products and Information at CBOT, said:
"We're very pleased with the performance of the TDI software. Recently
CBOT has handled record trading volumes and TDI has coped effortlessly
with this. We therefore had no hesitation expanding our use of TDI for
KCBT and MGEX."

can anyone help to expand on the news as to what level of additional revenue this might imply.
Also some opinions on how this reflects or effects the chances for more sales through other institutions, particularly with a view to the new NY office.
Surely this has more impact than 'just' the revenue stream. Rise so far is good if not outstanding and we need to see it being sustained. ( my average is still up at 12p, funds being unavailable to average down.
It rose very quickly and briefly last time, what chances of the same pattern.
thanks in advance for your opinions

There is no chance that this will rise at the same rate as it did in November.
The MM's knew about the fund raising in which they were promised shares, so it
was in their interest to see the price up sharply knowing that any short positions would be covered at the placing.
The MM,s have not got any stock at the momment so it is in their interest to
keep the lid on demand. With so much potential that is looking that it will be
delivered any selling will be small at the present price.
All in all the response today has been excellent and any gains in the sp will
hold.

CMS is very much back in play. The ground work has been laid and it should now be obvious that sales will be coming.
If TDI becomes industry standard, as the language suggests is possible, then this current share price may provide an exciting opportunity to get on board.
This stock is quite simply undervalued. Currently 7pence gives us a market cap of 5.6million. A rising share price back to the fundraising level of 10pence is my target over the coming quarter, although as other watchers of this stock will now know, it is rising well on good news.
That momentum could pick up quite considerably now.

For you guys : press mention in today's Guardian Newspaper.
CMS Webview lurched 0.75p higher to 7p after the provider of software systems for real-time financial data distribution and management announced its deal with the Chicago Board of Trade has been extended.
The company's broker, Corporate Synergy, explained that the fee CMS will receive for the extension is modest compared with that for the full contract, but the deal shows increased interest in the technology, so "the pipeline of interest in the product is actually running ahead of our original estimates".

Looking at the MM, at present they are ALL on the 7.00 Bid and 8.50 Offer. I guess that would make it Level 2 all at 4.
Sue could you perhaps guess whats happening here. Something is cooking here as ALL MMs have been on the same b/o for almost 3 days on a row.
Any ideas anywone.

The MM,s have not got any stock, KBC might have few they was on their own with
the bid for a couple of weeks and it looked like they got about 0.5m.
This is quite healthy as the MM,s do not want to go short any buying will push
the share up.
