The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

We don't see chrissie on here anymore and we don't see phil365 aka efc123 from advfn. Both claim to have inside information and now I'm wondering if chrissie and efc are the same person and we have been duped. WHY? Efc123 is a big deal on the other side but he knows nothing same as chrissie.

But here is some news, not much but just released, to cheer you guys up.
Cybit wins off-board driver navigation order from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance
Smartnav to provide certification body with live traffic information and directions to avoid traffic 'hot spots'
Enables LRQA to enhance customer service and reduce pressures of travel by keeping employees informed of traffic conditions and helping them to stay in control of their journey
Cybit, the UK's leading online telematics service provider, has won an order from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) to provide its management system auditors with an off-board satellite navigation solution. Smartnav will provide field-based LRQA employees with live traffic information and directions to help avoid congestion and respond to changing traffic conditions. Installing Smartnav into its fleet will help LRQA to enhance customer service and reduce the pressures of travel by keeping employees informed of traffic conditions and helping them stay in control of their journey.
LRQA provides independent third party approval of quality, health and safety, environmental and information security management systems for a broad range of private and public sector organisations throughout the UK. Using the Cybit solution will enable LRQA's auditors to maintain high levels of customer service through more efficient route planning, responding to changing traffic conditions and using Smartnav's personal assistant service to call ahead if they are stuck in traffic.
LRQA's facilities officer, Claire Costain, looked at the satellite navigation systems available on the market and decided to opt for Smartnav from Cybit. "There seemed to be very few intelligent systems on the market which combine the navigation facility with the capability of avoiding traffic 'hot spots' and congestion," she said. "We were looking for a cost-effective system that was easy and convenient to use and, following the positive feedback from the pilot that we undertook with a small group of our assessors, we felt that Smartnav from Cybit met our requirements.
"The system will be installed into newly registered vehicles in a rolling programme over the next three years. We expect the technology to help our assessors reach our customers on time with as little disruption and stress as possible to their journey," Claire Costain continued.
John Wisdom, Sales and Marketing Director at Cybit added: "There is a clear requirement for organisations such as LRQA to use telematics to provide genuine driver benefits. With the changes in mobile phone legislation and increasing levels of traffic congestion, it's important that these organisations ensure Duty of Care by helping their employees avoid traffic delays, get directions when lost and reduce driver stress. Scalable, open solutions such as Smartnav help to ensure this while also helping to improve productivity and reduce operational costs."
Smartnav is an 'off-board' satellite navigation and route planning system that gathers real-time traffic information from an established network of cameras and sensors around the UK to provide drivers with up-to-the minute traffic information, directions and personal assistant services.
About Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance
LRQA was established in 1985 following a government quality campaign to enhance the flagging reputation of British businesses. LRQA was the first certification body in the UK to gain accreditation from the National Accreditation Council for Certification Bodies, now known as the United Kingdom Accreditation Council (UKAS). LRQA has extended its services beyond quality to become a full service provider for the certification of management systems, including environmental, information security, occupational health and safety and EC directives.
LRQA services a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors and is able to meet the needs of large and small organisations. In the past few years the company has expanded from its traditional core business in manufacturing, engineering and foods to embrace transport and distribution, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, telecommunications and a wide spectrum of service industries. Douggie, Did you see the post from tattiana before it was erazed? It was written to you from someone claiming to be Chrissie. She said she has all her money invested in this and says it will take off one day - just hasn't happened as quick as she thought. I hope she's right, though I only have a small amount invested in this - and getting smaller every day!

"telematics ain't the next big thing and CYH is going nowhere"
business consultants McKinsey estimate that the global telematics market could be worth between 9b and 65b by 2010.
And analysts at Deutsche Bank predicts that the telematics market will grow from $1 billion in 1998 to $42bn in 2010.
need i go on? ,only a small market aint it?.

For all those who can't wrap their heads around the fact that this is a sound company please do more research in the company...
I agree that the movement of the share price has been very disappointing in the last 5-6 months, but there are forces at work which are beyond us retail investors. The fundamentals of this company is still sound, sooner or later this will be reflected in the share price.
Traders will lose in this, but investors in cyh are almost guaranteed winners!
Artemis bought over 10% of cyh at 3p as did directors, at 2p its an absolute bargain....the only question is how long this company will remain undervalued for? All will be revealed soon!

Predator22..Analysts at Deutsche bank predicts that the telematics market will grow from $1 billion in 1998 to $42 billion in 2010 ?
So where are we at the halfway stage of that prediction...not anywhere near up to $21 billion....it's not happening, and it won't happen.
Yeah, you do need to go on,it is a small market and getting increasingly unlikely to get any bigger, all imho of course, good luck all the same.

Douggie----On a lighter note, what do your typical "graphics" at the end of your posts signify? I,m intrigued. By the way CYH has got a lot going for it which, if they alone cannot bring to fruition, will show a plus factor in an alternative setup! Hang in there!!!! Rgds.

Don't be disapointed Douggie, treat success and failure as the same imposter, just as the shareprice should be treated with a certain amount of detachment (I know it's hard) and unless you've already got the ton-up telegram I wouldn't worry about being around to collect it :) Things will look a lot better in due course. All the best.

Hello,
I bought a further 23000 shares this morning. Not much I know but I will continue to keep adding at these prices as and when I have funds available. Please understand that I am not telling anyone else to buy. I am very sorry that my predictions on the shareprice were wrong, I really do not understand what's going on. My colleagues and I only ever hear good things about Cybit and its management.
My only conclusion, is that the company is planning to be taken over or some sort of merger is planned, something along these lines. I'm sure that at the time of the placing, @3p the Institutions knew what the plans were. They're sitting on a 40% loss (just like the rest of us) and as far as I know there has been no institutional selling. Maybe they have been picking up more along the way, REMEMBER THE PLACING WAS OVERSUBSCRIBED - they wanted this stock, WHY?. These Institutions do not queue up to invest in duff companies.
I do know that a lot of consolidation will happen in this industry during the next few years, I think that something is brewing at Cybit NOW, and it won't be long before we hear something.
So lets look at Cybit since the oversubscribed placing @3p. What's changed?...They have won more contracts and the Lex deal was extended. They still have the same client list and to my knowledge they haven't lost any contracts. They have also employed executives, with good proven track records, to expand operations in Europe.
No, this just doesn't seem like a failing company.....SOMETHING IS GOING ON!!!
I hope this helps settle any nerves and I hope to God I'm right.
I invested for the long term (2 years for minimum cgt -10%))and it makes no difference to me that the price sinks to 1.8 before eventually soaring to new highs. But I do feel sorry for people who have been trapped in this share when they could have been making money elsewhere. (or maybe losing money elsewhere)
If I have caused any problems for anyone, then I am truly sorry. I had every reason to believe that the shareprice would rise quickly, I was unaware of the extent of MMs fun and games and price manipulation.
I still believe that Cybit is a fantastic company and that the shareprice will reach new highs soon, otherwise I wouldn't have bought more this morning. I am as sure as I can be that we will not lose money on this share if we continue to hold, but everyone has their own choices and decisions to make.
The AGM is in 2 weeks.....things should be clearer by then.
Good luck to ALL holders.
Chrissie
