Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

Even if CGT hurts, a profit is still a profit. Creating losses out of winners to avoid it is not sensible trading. I think one in three small companies fail and I think few last more than 9years as company in its own name.

Mind I am holding on to this one for a good while yet

I am on a loss at present in BPRG but i have faith in them. And i could sell my shares in all my holdings to make sure i dont pay CGT this year but i aint as i am making a fortune from one of my shares and believe will make even more in 5 years time when i dont need to pay CGT.

You say 1 in 3 companies fails, wow. Didnt realise hundreds of companies go bankrupt every year.

Fail doesn't necessarily mean bankrupt, probably many just cease to be. (I once used a company name to help to protect the Name for something I was doing. I made no returns and later removed it from listing.)

Does anyone know when we can expect details of the damages awarded to BPRG ? What is the normal time scale for such matters ?

how low can it go. up to well over 1 one moment and rising then sudenly loses half its value. who said shares could be profitable? lol

Patience. Bought a few more as wrote on another thread. There were some large size buys yesterday against smaller size sells. I would think stp losses being triggered and undue fears. They still have enough cash in hand to take them into profit. DYOR.

Was watching BPRG the past few days. Very strange price action much of the time. The volatility and volume subsided greatly in the past month, which may imply the traders have lost interest, but we'll see. I for one don't see much to shoot at with it, but continue to watch.

Since they WON the court case brbg have bombed and stanelco have flown, things in the world of shares hardly make sense..

BPRG's trading statement said that they would announce deals taht would affect 2005 in the next few weeks, that was on 18/11/04. No news has given weakness to the stock, but axm will announce re the soluleaves deal in china by the end of the month

More or less and in narrow range so that is indicating a big move shortly, a close above 70p on good vol would be sign for further gains

AdieH,, I would like to see this share above 100p but I think it is going to bounce around for a little longer yet and then meet a little resistance again at 90p. We will see, but up from here is good enough for me for a while.

I see nasdaq was up 3% yesterday and now up 5.58% so far today. Two day consecutive rise (although very small) on LSE - maybe things are starting to change for BPRG. News on damages from SEO should see it rocket again.

Looking good for a trading breakout. Bought twice already this morning and going to have more now. Dont miss it.
