Did you have to mention the FTSE it was 800 once.

explosive - 22 May 2006 16:44 - 16801 of 27111

When was the last time it was 800 though?

oblomov - 22 May 2006 17:01 - 16802 of 27111

I think I'd best cancel my order for the new Bentley! Do they still make Citroen 2 cv's?

blackdown - 22 May 2006 17:10 - 16803 of 27111

Oblomov - yes, but they are now called Vespas. Same top speed and degree of comfort though.

cynic - 22 May 2006 17:16 - 16804 of 27111

explosive - as mentioned elsewhere, there ought to be strong technical support for FTSE at about 5460

GOTYA - 22 May 2006 17:32 - 16805 of 27111

Not predicting where the sp will turn. The issue is a proven greenseal commercial proposition, not on paper, but in the real world factory.

IF GS had such a compelling and obvious commercial benefit to all those partners involved in the trials, who saw, watched, touched and felt etc then orders would follow. They haven't, so draw your own conclusions

The reality is that this was never about R and D, this was about process re-engineering, an invest to save proposition. SEO may be excellent at R and D, they have been unprofessional in managing what from the outset was always going to be a very challenging task, to convert an industry process and commercial structure (licencing payments) with very tight margins.

The price is returning to pre greenseal days, the jury for greenseal is out.

SEO need to sort all the operational GS issues, get independant data collection and analysis from production speed/volumes in the line(s) in place, get more commercial and real, like having an early adopter benefit scheme and then, maybe then, the orders will flow in and build until everyone hears, sees and wants. No body wants and why would they?

bosley - 22 May 2006 17:45 - 16806 of 27111

now it's getting interesting .......

oblomov - 22 May 2006 18:38 - 16807 of 27111

I like 'interesting' - I'm not so sure I like what this is getting!

oblomov - 22 May 2006 18:40 - 16808 of 27111

P.S.

Cancelled the Bentley and ordered one of these!

greekman - 22 May 2006 18:43 - 16809 of 27111

There can be no orders re GS apart from ASDA until the exclusive period is at an end. If there are hints that orders are in the pipeline for when the exclusive period ends there would be the usual cries of RNS's being put out without substance as happened not so long ago.

GOTYA - 22 May 2006 19:25 - 16810 of 27111

There are no GS orders Greekman, no machines ordered or in the pipeline or working on the lines. Why?

Because the commercials are yet to be seen, verified or they do not stack.

driver - 22 May 2006 19:30 - 16811 of 27111

explosive
In the 60's I think.

Re

It's not just about greenseal any more SEO have done dozens of deals with other companies although not commercial the game is set we just need it to start and IMO that won't be long now, time to top up.

garyble - 22 May 2006 19:37 - 16813 of 27111

I wonder what T&G are up to in the background??

Were they fortunate that the market commenced this dive on the day they took over?

soul traders - 22 May 2006 19:43 - 16814 of 27111

T&G have a headache right now, due to the fact that they have to get a placing sorted out before the SP goes so low that they have to turn it into a rights issue.

soul traders - 22 May 2006 19:49 - 16815 of 27111

And why have SEO kept changing broker, one might ask.

garyble - 22 May 2006 20:09 - 16816 of 27111

Did you close your short today s.t. or do you think it will drop even lower tomorrow?

ssanebs - 22 May 2006 20:23 - 16817 of 27111

seo did not change evo's could not cover the stock for a number of reasons

soul traders - 22 May 2006 20:24 - 16818 of 27111

Gary, I can't take short positions, due to banking employees' compliance regs.

My very humble opinion is that there are more falls on the way for this one. Whether tomorrow or the day after, I obviously can't say with any degree of certainty. A small recovery tomorrow might not be out of the question after today's fall which was quite a biggie, for whatever reasons (shorters closing their positions, etc), or there might be a real panic and a further drop.

But you didn't need me to tell you any of that.

PDYOR, please make up your own mind, etc.

soul traders - 22 May 2006 20:28 - 16819 of 27111

Thanks ssanebs.
