I'm still all in. Might have sold out Thursday if I had not been travelling - just my luck to be unable to keep in contact over the last 3 days. Not too mention problems with the day job caused by the fall in the $!.
4 year view says we will all make profits on this one.

I've been out - at theatre, otherwise would have confirmed earlier. (Jolly glad I have been out since 1.30pm!!)
I remain committed to SEO being a great investment opportunity over the next year or two.
My holding remains. In fact I am scratching about for some more cash..

I'm still in but very much based on what has been said in RNS's and On the recent AGM which I thought sounded pretty bullish and on Fidelity confirming an interest. I just hope they weren't bullshitting too much with any of the AGM comments such as negotiations at the highest level, interest at the highest level, 23 projects with Walmart, Greenseal and Starpol having no like competitors. I am pretty pissed off with the current sp after getting in at 4.5p but then also 6,7,8,14, 22p.

I sold all my SEO for 10.25,at least thought I did ,but have just found another 20k so might as well hang onto them. If that piddling amount counts as a holding you can include me as in!!!

Hmm.
The Greenseal "fiasco" does not concern me at all. It was ages ago we decided that Greenseal was not the super product we thought, but that it was just one in a string of extremely good products, and that the real cash cow was never going to be Greenseal and was more likely to be Starpol.
I still think this is the case and as Starpol is a commodity, not a process or machine, the technological problems mean nothing.
Still very content. Hit the management and the Greenseal problems as much as you wish. We will make good money here.

So where are the GS orders if GS works??? it's 12 months since the trials!!! wake up.
This bounce was predictable as EW indicated and I agreed.
Ask Hitchins or others why they are not and have not bought GS, I have!

Still in - started at 3.83 p/s and topped up twice (unfortunately) so with sp of 8 I am close to breakeven overall. If it was not for the potential I wud have been out but at least for the next 6 months happy to hold

About 12 months ago this board had about 4 gazillion pages of discussions about how GS was not the be all and end all, and was in fact an interesting side play when compared to Starpol and the other uses for the water soluble and starch based patents that SEO own, which are undoubtably the real income generators of the future.
Nobody doubts, or has for some time, that GS is not going as we would have hoped, but times have changed. While we would all love to see GS taken immediately and in bulk numbers by every packager in the world, we accept that it is not the case, but we also accept that Asda would not be showing something that was dead in the water to their paymasters.
So why harp on about the shortcomings of GS? The sp is not based on that now, even if it was last year. The mm units are a different story.

Haven't been able to post anything recently, been too busy losing money. For those who remember Gerard Hoffnung's "The Bricklayer" the phrase "I decided to hang on" will mean something. It is what I decided to do and I have now been rendered unconscious by the falling barrel! My foresight is as bad as my foreplay (or so my wife says, but what does she know?!). I challenge anyone to have better hindsight though! Things are not that bad since I adopted a new method of looking at my charts, I have turned them all upside down and the majority of my holdings are doing very nicely, and the world is a cheerful place after all!; if today's recovery has any substance I may turn them back the right way.
I'm still in SEO, added a few more recently, still a small holding though, 82k but when the sp reaches 5, that'll be good!?! I have some holdings that are in a position to make me twitch a bit but I have no doubts over SEO. The only problem with this company is that they are too small and not able to cope with their potential so have to license its technology and set up micro manufacturing plants, all of which will cause inevitable delays in getting to the 'earning real cash' end. I reiterate what I have said before, Starpol is the real money maker for this company, Greenseal will be a secondary earner IMO. SEO are dealing with some of the BIGGEST companies in the world now, there is no way these companies are going to give full approval for SEO's technology until ALL problems, no matter how minor, have been ironed out. Would have added more to my holding yesterday, but my wife has pinched my wallet

"SEO are dealing with some of the BIGGEST companies in the world now, there is no way these companies are going to give full approval for SEO's technology until ALL problems, no matter how minor, have been ironed out."
One of the most sensible lines I've seen. Exactly, hence no orders and no deals.
Packers have said the case is yet to be proven. The benefits on paper are not so evident on the shop floor lines and there are other issues with the RF machines which the existing ones do not have. Margins are so tight you can understand their position, they are being asked to invest capital and pay an annual licence, not current practice.
Sure Starpol is fantastic, cost comparable/cheaper, coloured/clear, a bio product etc etc. However, it's only any good if you can seal without a contaminating laminate layer, not heat sealing! RF GS sealing. As GS still has issues, then it's not so cut and dried as some would have you believe.
I am amazed how many people buy blind (and often with money they can ill afford to lose) do not do their own in depth research by talking to all parties etc etc.
Unlike a basher I think seo is a brilliant rf company and can achieve great success. I'm just a realist as to where they are and what they have yet to do. I have little doubt they will achieve this but that the sp was always going back to these levels.
Just be prepared to accept 6/7/8/9p are here to stay until the income deals get done.

So where were your posts a few weeks ago saying this? Its amazing how many people were forecasting 9p since, erm, a few days ago. The real trick is to forecast it before it happens. And that is the point. We are unable to forecast when (and if) WM or McD place an order of substantial size. Nobody can. It is fine pointing out any shortcomings but they are being solved, bit by bit.
The choice is clear. Stay put at these prices and wait for what we all think will happen, or get out and but back after the deals are done and then post claiming that it was inevitable.
I'll stay put for I feel that there is a better than even chance of those deals emerging, and therefore a better than even chance I'll sell out too low and buy back in too high.
