GD,
Perfection! Your recent sojourns have not diminished the legendary steadiness of hand I see.

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:26 - 16874 of 23498

Chocolat,
well I am assuming the tea rooms are a bit cold so i thought i could sit and relax in the corner with a whisky and me old slippers. Might even bring my smoking jacket along as well.

Socrates - 25 Oct 2004 21:27 - 16875 of 23498

Stormy
Don't go overboard. We had to pressure wash the bar the last time he tried to pour a Black Velvet.

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:27 - 16876 of 23498

Socrates, is anyone tall enough to get it down?

Golddog - 25 Oct 2004 21:28 - 16877 of 23498

Brockie, just missed you? catch you next time.

This place gets more untidy every day!

note to Bunny, Please enquire about getting a cleaner.

Socrates - 25 Oct 2004 21:30 - 16878 of 23498

A cleaner what GD?

Space
I can reach it from the chandelier, 'ware below!

Golddog - 25 Oct 2004 21:31 - 16879 of 23498

Spaceman, The Tea Rooms is never cold, we have a lovely roaring open fire in the lounge and it is custom to bring in the odd log now and then to keep the fire burning.

STORMCALLER - 25 Oct 2004 21:35 - 16880 of 23498

Socs,
I must be fair, I've waited ages for one of these, and I can't believe GD could ever spill anything booze related...

chocolat - 25 Oct 2004 21:35 - 16881 of 23498

Oh yes..there's nothing like keeping the fire burning.

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:36 - 16882 of 23498

GD, OK thats good to hear but I would still be more comfortable in me old slippers! or are old timers not welcome ;-)

chocolat - 25 Oct 2004 21:38 - 16883 of 23498

Ok, ok - didn't you catch it then? Socks has lobbed it, y'know - but you'll have to squeeze two into it, Space

Socrates - 25 Oct 2004 21:39 - 16884 of 23498

Space
Well old chap, you've got one slipper now, what did you do with the other one?

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:40 - 16885 of 23498

Chocolat, I can always make room for two ;-) any private rooms available?

By the way is smoking allowed?

chocolat - 25 Oct 2004 21:40 - 16886 of 23498

While you're at it, SOcks, what other goodies did you find up there?

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:41 - 16887 of 23498

Socrates. looks like I will have to buy a new pair, shame really those ones were only 37 years old, hardly even run in.

Socrates - 25 Oct 2004 21:42 - 16888 of 23498

Chocolat
I would most definitely not class one of Spaceman's slippers as a "goodie". There are a couple of balloons from the last Christmas do.

chocolat - 25 Oct 2004 21:43 - 16889 of 23498

You sure they're balloons, Socks?

chocolat - 25 Oct 2004 21:45 - 16890 of 23498

Space, perhaps you should try running in something other than slippers. ;)

Socrates - 25 Oct 2004 21:45 - 16891 of 23498

Chocolat
Don't go there.

Spaceman - 25 Oct 2004 21:46 - 16892 of 23498

Chocolat, any suggestions??
