The value of a 'shell' company is not determined by tangible assets alone...there are many factors specifically with DMR that makes it interesting:

a) Listed in Bermuda - Exempt from tax burden at group level, all profits returned to group from subsiduaries are free of tax. The listing in Bermuda itself is IMO worth in the region of 1m - 2m given restrictions on new incorporations and logistics. You can count the number of shell bermudan listings on AIM on one hand, in fact I believe one finger would suffice
b) Listed in Bermuda - No individual holder outside of those directly linked to the company has to declare a holding %'age, this opens up the park to large international hedges and price volatility etc... Any reverse aquisition prospect is likely to have an explosive start.
c) Geoffrey Hoodless and Brian Moritz who have 10's of successful floatations and approx a combined 60 years plus of market experience between them are running the reversal proposals. Hoodless also holds 20m shares at average 0.5p and Moritz holds aroun 11m with a much higher average.
d) DMR does still own all the stone deposits which had a historic value of 14m plus and were once valued by the market at 30m. One of these mines is for Bowenite a rare mineral and is one of only a handful in the world, Bowenite has been linked to uses in the field of nano-techonology.
e) The primary aquisition target objective has been narrowed to the field of natural resources, which includes the highly lucrative areas of oil, gas, gold, diamonds, other precious metals
f) DMR through its wholley owned subsiduary Natural Stone Industries still holds the valuable 'old order mining rights', which give any reversal prospect the added bonus of one less time/cost delay if the chosen destination for the operation is SA
g) The company is very 'frugal' with senstitive information. The prospect of an aquistion was identified almost 2 years ago September 2004 - "The directors are also seeking a corporate deal to inject a new business into
the Group. Dimension Resources remains debt free and in a good position to
complete such a transaction. Shareholders will be kept informed of developments.". There have been no false dawns or broken deals regarding weaker prospects. After nearly two years of Moritz and Hoodless keeping an eye open you can be assured that when the prospect arrives it will be the cream of the no doubt 100's of prospects they and their respective associates have been able to review.

A new high for the price has been created on each big rise over the last 12 months....current rise should take the price beyond the last closing high of 0.75 pence and intraday high of 1 pence which happened in early May 2006.

1) no one rule for a ramper:- stick loads of posts between any negative comments.
no 2) rampers rule:- dont ever tell the whole truth or any truth at all.

Bitter......bigger rises soon.

Kivver - 31 Jul 2006 16:28 - 1693 of 1904

no, prefer Guisnness thanks. Suppose it wont be long before you put a massive post in to hide any negativity. Think you would be bettter off on adfn, no mugs here to buy this dog (with 25% spread).

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 16:38 - 1694 of 1904

Yes u just keep luking my old chum.

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 20:03 - 1695 of 1904

Here we go....2 massive buys for DMR of 1.45 million shares came through after close at 0.40 pence....something strong brewing.

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 20:07 - 1696 of 1904

That could be Brian Moritz coz a retail investor would have found it impossible to buy that many at the 0.40 pence price.

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 20:09 - 1697 of 1904

Bullish candlestick has appeared for today....good timing.

chocolat - 31 Jul 2006 21:20 - 1700 of 1904

Scuse me?

Kivver - 31 Jul 2006 22:03 - 1701 of 1904

ooooohhhh was that a big fat chart to take newbies away from any negative posts, you keep lurking my old chum, no mug punter is going to touch this dog of share. you need to change your name a choose a different share to promote!!! because myself and others are always going to be here to warn people away. dont forget to warn about the 25% spread.

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 22:10 - 1702 of 1904

Sour grapes.....when the price moves the MMs increment the price by moving by 0.05 pence......to use the spread argument is not worthy to anyone....then again the spread was 50% when the price was 0.30 pence to buy last week and u were crying then...and crying now when having to pay more.

Not to worry.....it'll be soon by much higher than 0.40 pence to buy.

Laila25 - 31 Jul 2006 22:11 - 1703 of 1904

No comment on the lovely 2 * 1.50 million juicy buys...considering its hard to even buy 50,000 shares them buys are juicy indeed.

Andy - 01 Aug 2006 08:30 - 1704 of 1904

Laila / Sue Helen,

I thought it was a rollover!

31/07/06 16:28 0.395 1,500,000 O 0.25 0.4
31/07/06 16:28 0.4 1,500,000 O 0.25 0.4

Kivver - 01 Aug 2006 08:35 - 1705 of 1904

why would i be crying, i dont own the share, im not going to lose anything!!! look at the chart and read the posts on this share (on all DMR threads) you and SueHelen (I SUSPECT YOU OF BEING SUEHELEN) have been promising the earth forever, WHY IS IT SO DIFFERENT THIS TIME??? You have both got it so badly wrong so far.

Laila25 - 01 Aug 2006 17:43 - 1706 of 1904

One would have thought its got cheaper to buy which it hasn't....my my Kivver just can't stay away.....next few weeks are going to be very busy for u leading up to the AGM and Interims in September.

Laila25 - 01 Aug 2006 17:45 - 1707 of 1904

Kivver woz wrong the last time at these prices coz the price did get to 1.00 pence in early May 2006....300% pure profit for those that did not listen to Kivver.....this time minimum 600% rise coming.
