Still Waiting

The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Don't be disapointed Douggie, treat success and failure as the same imposter, just as the shareprice should be treated with a certain amount of detachment (I know it's hard) and unless you've already got the ton-up telegram I wouldn't worry about being around to collect it :) Things will look a lot better in due course. All the best.

Hello,
I bought a further 23000 shares this morning. Not much I know but I will continue to keep adding at these prices as and when I have funds available. Please understand that I am not telling anyone else to buy. I am very sorry that my predictions on the shareprice were wrong, I really do not understand what's going on. My colleagues and I only ever hear good things about Cybit and its management.
My only conclusion, is that the company is planning to be taken over or some sort of merger is planned, something along these lines. I'm sure that at the time of the placing, @3p the Institutions knew what the plans were. They're sitting on a 40% loss (just like the rest of us) and as far as I know there has been no institutional selling. Maybe they have been picking up more along the way, REMEMBER THE PLACING WAS OVERSUBSCRIBED - they wanted this stock, WHY?. These Institutions do not queue up to invest in duff companies.
I do know that a lot of consolidation will happen in this industry during the next few years, I think that something is brewing at Cybit NOW, and it won't be long before we hear something.
So lets look at Cybit since the oversubscribed placing @3p. What's changed?...They have won more contracts and the Lex deal was extended. They still have the same client list and to my knowledge they haven't lost any contracts. They have also employed executives, with good proven track records, to expand operations in Europe.
No, this just doesn't seem like a failing company.....SOMETHING IS GOING ON!!!
I hope this helps settle any nerves and I hope to God I'm right.
I invested for the long term (2 years for minimum cgt -10%))and it makes no difference to me that the price sinks to 1.8 before eventually soaring to new highs. But I do feel sorry for people who have been trapped in this share when they could have been making money elsewhere. (or maybe losing money elsewhere)
If I have caused any problems for anyone, then I am truly sorry. I had every reason to believe that the shareprice would rise quickly, I was unaware of the extent of MMs fun and games and price manipulation.
I still believe that Cybit is a fantastic company and that the shareprice will reach new highs soon, otherwise I wouldn't have bought more this morning. I am as sure as I can be that we will not lose money on this share if we continue to hold, but everyone has their own choices and decisions to make.
The AGM is in 2 weeks.....things should be clearer by then.
Good luck to ALL holders.
Chrissie

I totally share your sentiment about this company Chrissie.
I have been a holder of CYH since May 03 and was at one point on some serious paper profit. I have held on to my shares in CYH and not sold during its high at 4.3p because I had total belief that the this company has something really special about it, even though its little more than a minnow of company.
Over the last 5-6 months, I have had the painful experience of watching my profits wither away and the fact that I had been topping up along the way since 3.5p has only helped to exacerbate the process. I am now sitting on a paper lost.
However, like yourself Chrissie I have asked myself on several occasions why I had bought in to this company in the first place and my answer remains the same. This company has something really special about it and in the past 6 months or so, what has come out to the public domain have only reinforced my believe that this micro company really does have that sparkle about it...and is almost certain to go places.
Despite my painful experiences of seeing my respectable paper profits disappear over the last 6 months( and I am sure there are others who have had to go through the same), I still firmly believe that my investment decisions with regards to CYH are right. Like I have said I have been accumulating since 3.5p and have not stopped doing so as and when funds have been available. I still believe that CYH is the golden share and I am not afraid to continue accumulating despite the paper losses.
In life people make decisions and each decision inevitably involves a certain element of risk. I have been looking for a investment opportunity which has the potential to make serious and by serious, I mean life changing returns....I still firmly believe that this life changing investment opportunity is a company call CybIT. Risks? like all investments, yes there are risks, but I am more than happy to take this risk.
If prices remain as they are for much longer, you can bet I will be buying more =)
Good luck to all long-term investors...not long to go now =)
DYOR

No, I was away, didn't have my password so thought the easiest thing to do was change the user name as it was too late at night to contact money am.

There are various stories going around about why the shareprice has dropped from 4.5 . But one thing everyone seems to agree on is that this is a good company whose profits should come in ahead of expectations.
As I said before, expect a decent bounce during the next two weeks.
GOOD LUCK!

Chrissie
You say you are sorry that the share price has not risen as you would have expected, and that you are sorry if what you said (posted)has caused problems for anyone
I think perhaps you flatter yourself too much. Anybody who buys shares in any Company must do so based on their own research/instinct/gut feeling etc etc
You have nothing to be sorry about
Nice to see you posting again
Its good to see all views expressed (for what its worth I too am sitting on a considerable paper loss but beleive with patience things will turn around)

CYH is a LTB, if you are checking the price every day or week, you are in the wrong share. Give it 6 to 12 months and lets see where we are as compared to today. These new contracts will not have any effect on profits until next term, just be patient.

the price hardly moved all day.
Friday spread was 1.8p - 2.3p but trading was at 2.1p to 2.2p
Today spread was 2.2p - 2.3p trading was just inbetween
so in real terms hardly a move until WINS jumped from the OFFER to the BID near the close.
By the look of all the sells that were absorbed there could well be a large buy order getting filled - imo.

1,000,000 Buy and the price doesn't tick up at all. There is definitely something going on.
