It's giving the impression that 294p has gone, but uncertain yet. Volume has increased however.

careful of greed! .... current small bounce 300/304, but sooner or later there may be something more significant .... unless GF's profit warning indeed appears

Evils profit warning you mean.
Cant see the funds invested in this one cynic not getting shot with all this going on.
Under new aim guidelines they now have to declare their buying and selling. Im sure it takes force any day now.

NY points lower. Perhaps today and tomorrow for general market capitulation. Talk already of early round of Fed actions on the money market. I hope they're not forced into early interest rate cut as I'm not sure if that would add confidence to the market.

Slats, told you on SC that I closed fairly soon after going long. I am now waiting for the 250p as you inferred.

Talk of a FED synthetic rate cut in NY?
Greyhound

That has effectively already been happening with FED funds available yesterday at 5%. Looking more and more like cut to come intra-meeting. And it's hard to borrow wholesale funds, believe me. But still only 7% think this is recession, lower than in May.

A red cloud again appears on the trades page, this could be the mother of all falls.

Look at the intraday graph too which is also pointing for more falls now imo.

There we go indeed. Funny old day - you have to laugh (or jump!). I think in this autumnal weather a nice bottle of red is on the cards for later - that asset should still be there.

LOL, Kitos as just had a flaming from Evil k over the road at sc.....
Evil has another IT issue and wishes me to relay this post from him. His words not mine:
kitosdad (and other deluded folk),
It's best to be practical rather than revel in past and quite possibly accidental scoop ups.
So let's have a bash at Clipper Windpower (CWP). The price has held remarkably this last two days and I guess that punters are holding back from selling just to see a trend emerge.
I think this is a mistake and have sold them at 615p and 610p this morning. Target price? Dunno. But it looks way overblown. However, that is wind power for you.
