daves dazzlers - 27 Oct 2004 07:28 - 16997 of 23498

optomistic - 27 Oct 2004 09:00 - 16998 of 23498

Morning DD, you are up and about early.
Light breakfast for me this morning, planing a nice easy day ahead, with luck.
Plenty of time for a pot of tea.

daves dazzlers - 27 Oct 2004 09:15 - 16999 of 23498

No sign of maccer yet, kick racism out of football, well that`s a joke. You would not want to take your children there to watch a game, the ref was a joke a ****ing P***,,it not very often i feel like this,,its a wonder none of our players had a broken leg, that was not football jeffmack,if that went on in our streets in a weekend the police would be involved,,sad but true.

Sorry if i have offended people as well.

Unlucky maccer 3/0,try playing football next time you mite have more joy mate.

daves dazzlers - 27 Oct 2004 09:15 - 17000 of 23498

morning opto.

optomistic - 27 Oct 2004 09:24 - 17001 of 23498

Hi DD. I'm not a big football follower but I did see part of last nights game.
Is it usual for players to grab opponents by the neck, I thought he was going to strangle him, Doesn't the ref usually have something to say on these occasions. I didn't hear the match commentry, I really ought to have the sound on more often!!

daves dazzlers - 27 Oct 2004 09:37 - 17002 of 23498

Opto,only in sunday league,joke.
You have to play to your strengh, but its a game played with your feet , and you kick the ball , not others players, but thats there way, they dont know any better.

dennis wise,,,,says it all.

daves dazzlers - 27 Oct 2004 09:44 - 17003 of 23498

Off out now things to do now back later.

little willie - 27 Oct 2004 10:05 - 17004 of 23498

morning all, see Spaceman talk of tribute to John Peel, whats happened?
Has he left the show or died?
Living here we don't hear that sort of news, genuine interest from me,
anyone know as always found him a real genuine sort.
Hope its not bad news..

DD...Re...Wise...totally agree, he is and always will be a nasty little thug.
You'll always get the chap who says 'he's competitive and off the pitch he's a gent', my answer 'crap' he is what he is and allows millions of young kids to see what he is and model themselves on him. It's what kids do.

Think that Chelsea, Millwall & FA have responsibility as well for playing him,
should have been kicked out of the game years ago instead of becoming a millionaire.
The "Dennis Wise putt" in golf, that nasty little five footer, so true.

hilary - 27 Oct 2004 10:09 - 17005 of 23498

Morning LW,

John Peel died on holiday in Peru.

Can't agree about Wisey, I'm afraid. I think that he's a cheeky chappie who brings a certain something to the game. The game is better with the likes of Wise and Savage, imo.

Spaceman - 27 Oct 2004 10:11 - 17006 of 23498

lw sadly he has died :- http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/3955369.stm
