Guys, I've been watching this for a while and like renova, watched too long whilst it got away. I've jumped in on RHEP though(at a premium nms is only 3k).
Anyway they supply chemicals and technical services to the mining and oil services industry, they are already making a profit and roughly are about 20 p/e but expecting to grow dramatically as they move into the downstream supply of chemical and services as well, so in theory they could be due a full rerating, they had traded as high as 20p last year so am expecting a recovery to that level and with further deals a push up to 30p, as ever dyor, the market seems tight on the shares so be prepared to but a premium, I did, note only a small amount, see how we go.

H: What is your take on this share in comparison with the operator of the Athena field, Ithaca oil (IAE) ? IAE has a share price currently of 1.38 and RHEP only 12.75P. IAE has a 22.5 % interest in Athena compared to RHEP with 10%. Would it not be reasonable to assume that relative to share price, RHEP has much more to gain from the potential rewards from Athena, or am I being too simplistic and perhaps not taking into account other factors such as the higher profile which IAE has. T.I.A.

annie Athena should have a greater impact on RHEP which has a market cap >30m wheras IAE has a market cap >220m. IAE has a number of other interests in producing oilfields with its share of production exceeding 3000bopd, RHEP's other interests are mainly in supplying drilling fluids. Athena is not expected to start producing before the fourth quarter 2011.
