Aldwick,
Depends on what you expect. Apart from the time it has taken to achieve certain milestones, SEO has accomplished everything I've expected and come up with a couple of surprises along the way.
Market forces and others with short-term goals/expectations have adversely affected the sp, but get real, with a T/O of 1.5m don't you consider the sp, even at this level, to have a level of potential built-in?
Once a real deal is achieved then I certainly expect a rapid move north.
What would you consider to be a realistic sp given the current situation?

Well somebody's mopping up all the loose shares.
Lets hope Ssnebs meant good news this friday.
well you live in LONG TERM HOPE.
I can't wait for my next substantial meal of jam tommorrow.
still happy and more concerned about the world cup than seo's short term sp.

Wow.
Been unavailable most of today, but when I saw quizillions of new posts and started to read some I thought that either SEO had discovered the secret of eternal life or the CEO had admitted the company were now paying wages by his youngest sons Monopoly money.
Something massive anyway.
No such luck. Nothings changed, nothing changes.
The position is as it has been ever since the old king died. You either believe in the products and there potential in the future or you don't, and you back the horse to win or to lose. Day traders and market forces want to place bets on every yard of the race and investors want to bet on the final outcome.
Ne'er the twain..............
Now, I don't care whether its flavour of the month or not. I aint much bothered over whether it goes up down or sideways for the next year or two. The patents are there, the customers are rumoured to be there. The technical problems and management problems are transitory.
We have nothing concrete to speculate on. The clients could all walk away any time. The patents could be surpassed by a newer and better technology. The clients could turn out to be Drivers local Asian supermarket and my local Kebab shop. Yet I remain in and happy. Why? Because nothing has changed from the day I made my decision to get in. If i was happy with my decision then, why should I not be now?
The only real changes are that rumours are backed by RNS, and a court case is out of the way.
But its still a punt. It will be until the day the cash is actually banked from paying customers.
Have a look. If you like the odds, have a go. if not, don't. If you don't like to speculate, try the bank. All stockpicking is a gamble, no matter how confident you are in your predictions.
Rant over.
Alan

A placing to raise 4m at 7.5p. Not surprising but there are positive indications. First the institutions, or larger private investors, buy the story that that sp is justified, i.e. a cap. of 75m. Second, the placing is not larger and holdings are not siognificantly diluted. Third, it gives a support level at the placing price. Fourth, accompanying hard news, likely to be the Perseco live trialling with a major restaurant chain, presumably McDonalds. I think your projections are far too low, oblo, as the cost per wrapper must be much higher than your fag packet allows!
There is a gradual change in the tone of comment both from the company and commentators. We are at last getting the first 'commercial' installations of GreenSeal. It will be interesting how the market reacts to the placing news but itshould be reasonably positive - although a wave of selling this afternoon possibly on negative reactions to the placing.

Bloody hell, I've written a long reply to Eric's post and answered rmhyams post a few days ago as to which of his questions I asked at the AGM and tried to create some text in blue.
Right clicked on the word blue (to indicate the movement of the share price tomorrow) and got a page offering to seach the web which was not of any interest to me, closed it down and lost all the text keyed into the message box. Can't be bothered to do it all again
I'd throw myself under a tube train if I did not think that the share price should start heading strongly north very soon.
rmhyams the reports posted by Tonyrelaxes, Sharesure, Madpad and Bhunt I think, were all pretty accurate reports of what I heard at the AGM. I did not post for a few days after the AGM as I was stricken with my first dose of flu for three years and it was nasty.
Life's a bitch.

Where did you get the info about the placing (of 53.3m) shares at 7.5p to raise 4m?

Post just before 12 noon today from ssanebs in which he indicates Friday. I Haven't seen the 53.3m shares before or did you compute that from the quoted amount raised. I assume information comes from a client of the placing but I don't have direct information. Anyway, we should know tomorrow morning.

Well I did say this week would be fun for you chaps. 7p - 12p, what bigger clue did you need. I might buy back in when it drops. Nice easy money, buy at 8.5 ish sell near 10p and re buy to sell at a premium in a few months.

You mentioned 4m. Ssanebs said 7.5p; that's 53.3m shares or roughly .5% of the total shares in issue.
I hope they have a very good use for the cash, ie. they are going to spend it on financing a deal which is guaranteed to raise serious turnover and PROFITS.

PM1, who seems to know these things, is expecting the announcement although at a somewhat higher price. This is a high cost stage of development with Greenseal machines in production and live trialling at Perseco (et al). Methinks the maiden frets unduly; all is progressing well!

yes i had a call to say the price is 8p for the placing, not 7.5. Also announcement is dependant on the shares being all placed thursday

In the current climate, it can be very difficult for SME's to raise cash ATM so there may be a further delay, in that case? Private (off-Market) placements are ALWAYS lower than the bid price (at the time of issue though!). So, providing the discount-to-the-Market is tempting enough to persuade private investors without totally underminding the bid price then the good news is that 8p should be the support/resistance level, yes.
Also, in my experience, such PP's are typically followed by some positive newsflow to back everything up. I do hope so! Better this way c.t. a rights issue which would have almost certainly diluted shareholder value. I've been through similar scenarios with OFEX companies, in the past, and if we can hold our nerve and ride the storm then I think we will be rewarded before too long.
