daves dazzlers - 29 Oct 2004 20:09 - 17165 of 23498

What sort of week have you had brocks.

brockman - 29 Oct 2004 20:12 - 17166 of 23498

Reminds me of an awful incident DD, I was travelling home and found a new neighbour running around in the country road. I stopped, like you do, he had captured a little bunny with bad mixie. A City gent, he was new to the country and promptly handed it to me with a "Can you deal with this" authority! So being considerate I turned away from him and held the bunny by the legs, the ears dropped and a swift blow saw the bunny lose its pain.
My neighbour was horrified, by "dealing with it" he had meant take it to the vets....... ooops... He has since recovered and now just runs them over :o(

brockman - 29 Oct 2004 20:14 - 17167 of 23498

Sorry DD, not bad week, kids on holiday but I have survived, how about you?

daves dazzlers - 29 Oct 2004 20:14 - 17168 of 23498

Brocks,your the connolly fan yes.

brockman - 29 Oct 2004 20:18 - 17169 of 23498

Well, sometimes, that reminds me of another incident in the countryside.
I was out hunting on this very young horse called Billy, desperately needed a wee, so left field (that's all the others) and found a big bomb crater. I edged down and found a tree to hide behind. Quickly started going to which Billy decided he didn't like the shushing sound and promptly started backing up the crater. I was dragged, still trying to pee, up and out into a ploughed field with all watching. Not a pleasant situation for a young girl to be in :o)

chocolat - 29 Oct 2004 20:25 - 17171 of 23498

Well that reminds me of the time I was riding bareback on a rather large horse(serves me right, I s'pose) when the horse bolted for a barn.
There was no way we were both going to get in there...and I was left hanging somewhere.

brockman - 29 Oct 2004 20:26 - 17172 of 23498

Do you need to do Christmas shopping? Surely you have enough suspender belts for everyone?
