Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

" who wouldn't expect crime to be committed by the young unemployed."
I wouldn't , so you think anybody who is young unemployed who took part in the London riot's was ok by you ?
Most crime by the young is committed against the poor working classes/unemployed

Hopefully the beginning.
Syrian pilot flies his Mig 21 fighter jet to Jordan where he seeks political asylum - Jordan minister says.
A Syrian fighter plane has landed at a military air base in the north of Jordan and the pilot has asked for asylum, Jordanian officials say.
Jordan's Minister of Information, Samih al-Maaytah, said the pilot of the Mig 21 jet was being debriefed.
Syrian state TV said a fighter plane, flown by an air force colonel, had gone missing during a training mission.

It would be nice to think so.
The chaos which is around in international politics needs a reformed UN with teeth.
The chances of that happening, or even being accepted, within the next 20 years is improbable, but one can still hope.

Good to hear that people at high levels are going against him. Given his personality, he will start radical changes and move towards democracy.
But how fast!!! not enough I think.

Finally! -
Miliband: Labour 'got it wrong' on immigration
Labour badly mishandled the issue of immigration in government, Ed Miliband is expected to say.
In a speech later, Mr Miliband will say his party "got it wrong" when it allowed uncontrolled immigration from new EU states in 2004.
Mr Miliband will also say his party ignored those who didn't benefit from the big increases in immigration.
A future Labour government, he will claim, would limit labour market access to workers from new EU states.
