Two of the most important factors of buying any stock are a) to have a view of how much return you expect/ have targeted and b) over what timescale you expect to achieve that return. These obviously vary due to news and price influence. From your posts its seems reasonable to say you have an established target price/range, however you seem to have little concern for how long it takes or how the management achieve this.
....so it would suggest that a) You already know what cards the management are holding and are prepared to wait or b) You are quite content waiting indefinately with a certain degree of blind faith that you will achieve a substantial return on investment 'one day' c) Your investment is a quantity of shares that even if you reached your highest target, it would have no impact on your overall wealth, hence my earlier point regarding outcome and timescale being of no consequence more of a matter of interest.
DMR's attraction to me is a combination of Directors intentions, Bermudan registration, Mining license/Assets, Target area for aquisition. My area of concern is around directors intentions, their extremely 'wooly' updates to market indicates to me that they have made no progress regarding an aquisition target. Given the length of time they have had to push things forward I think it is unacceptable that two directors of their experience have so far failed to settle issues in SA, which as I suggested before most likely involves sums of money similar to the cost of 3 course table for four at the Ivy..
Also note the slight change in wording below, which suggests a change of search for aquisition prospects i.e. widening the search / lack of prospects
from FY end 2004:
In this context, however, the Company, as a company
registered in Bermuda and managed outside the United Kingdom, is not subject to
the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
From FY end 2005:
In this context, however, the
Company, as a company registered in Bermuda and previously managed outside the
United Kingdom, may not be subject to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

There is only 1 important factor in terms of chart analysis and fundamentals this share is a disaster. Give up!!!! no fool is going to listen to you and buy it. Sell your ramped up shares and admit defeat!!!!

U are still not coming back to the 1 pence discussion that we had the other day....u said the price never rosed by 300% from this level and asked me for data..I got u the data and now u moving onto something else...
U are getting very paranoid about something else now......
Don't worry next time the price will rise by 600% to 2 pence.
PS. Keep luking with interest.

doLaila says DMR has hit 1p. This is the chart for the last 2 years copied and pasted off MAM. Am I blind or has MAM got it wrong. Can anybody show me where it has hit 1p. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS, would you buy a used car off Laila. I repeat no2 rule of Ramper:- never tell the whole truth or the truth at all!
Laila, cut your losses and get out,,, this ramping effort is not going to work!!

If u still can't c it....then u are certainly causing unnecessary stress to yourself. I know why u being blind about seeing 1 pence coz u were deramping back at 0.30 pence prices at Christmas as well weren't u before the surge to 1 pence...ouch! Next time it'll be much worse when the price hits 2 pence.

Would SueHelen/Laila like to comment on the one and only trade on the share today: a sell of 125,000 shares at 0.20p - a full 33% below the supposed bid price.
