Has your horse got three legs and a handbag?

optomistic - 30 Oct 2004 21:42 - 17358 of 23498

What colour handbag?

Socrates - 30 Oct 2004 21:58 - 17359 of 23498

Flourescent green with violent pink polka dots, oh sorry, you meant the handbag, brown.

optomistic - 30 Oct 2004 22:04 - 17360 of 23498

Oh it's not the same horse then! Think I'll try a Guiness seems in order on a Satuday night.

Socrates - 30 Oct 2004 22:14 - 17361 of 23498

The Guinness is a bit strange tonight, it seems to be white with a black head to it.

jeffmack - 30 Oct 2004 22:18 - 17362 of 23498

Did someone mention Guinness

STORMCALLER - 30 Oct 2004 22:20 - 17363 of 23498

Evening all,
Having returned from visiting relatives to see new (ish) baby, and coo'ed and goo'ed at appropriate moments decided I would drop in for a swifty.
Socs,
That seems to be a very negative view?

Socrates - 30 Oct 2004 22:32 - 17368 of 23498

How kind. Thanks Jeff.

Re. the Guinness, I just found I was stood on my head, everything OK now.

optomistic - 30 Oct 2004 22:36 - 17369 of 23498

Thanks Jeff for the Guiness, delightful stuff, I'll have another but will lay off the sherry trifle if that's what it does to you :-)

STORMCALLER - 30 Oct 2004 22:47 - 17370 of 23498

Try it you might like it.......lol

Spaceman - 30 Oct 2004 22:51 - 17371 of 23498

Socrates, no its not got 3 legs, in fact I dont have a horse.

STORMCALLER - 30 Oct 2004 22:55 - 17372 of 23498

Spaceman,
How do you know how many legs it's got then...?

optomistic - 30 Oct 2004 23:00 - 17373 of 23498

Some one in here must have told him
Wouldn't be one of the girlies would it :-)

STORMCALLER - 30 Oct 2004 23:03 - 17374 of 23498

opto,
I can't believe the lovely ladies that frequent this site would be so underhand?!?

optomistic - 30 Oct 2004 23:10 - 17375 of 23498

Ummh!! You could be right Stormy, must not judge them in their absense. All out tonight enjoying themsleves no doubt whilst we are here looking after the shop. Shows who the 'home birds' are doesn't it!!

Spaceman - 30 Oct 2004 23:13 - 17376 of 23498

STORMCALLER, I worked it out using this useful table that I keep on my wall :-

Number of Horses owned / Number of Horse legs
10 / 40
9 / 36
8 / 32
7 / 28
6 / 24
5 / 20
4 / 16
3 / 12
2 / 8
1 / 4
0 / 0

As I dont have a horse I used the number 0 for the number of horses owned and then looked across the table to find the number of horse legs.

Feel free to make a copy of the table for your own use.
