Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

I expect the shareprice to be significantly higher after results. Something has got to happen. All we get is good news, and yesterday we had yet another reseller added to the long list. I have never ever heard anything bad about this company. All we need now is for certain people to sit up and take notice, maybe the results and some media attention will do that. I'm staying with Cybit

Read the posts just before the interims, the excitment and expectation reached silly levels. I think people were expecting to become millionaires overnight. Reseller! is that going to bring in massive profits? This is an excellent company, but i think the institions need to see signs of larger growth before this one flys, but im ready when it does faith and patience is the key. Im sure the mm's are keeping this one low at the mo to stock up on shares hence the big spread and the buys appear to be outnumbering the sells by a big margin.

Cybit has signed a value-added reseller partnership with Ewan Associates Limited, an award-winning asset and data management specialist in the utilities sector. Under the agreement, Ewan Associates will market Cybit's online telematics solutions and consultancy services - targeting SMEs, utility companies and their suppliers - to deliver increased productivity and efficiency while helping companies meet their Duty of Care responsibilities. The new partnership highlights Cybit's position as the UK's leading telematics service provider and 'Partner of Choice' for forward

thinking companies looking for a scalable, online telematics proposition.
As part of Ewan Group plc, Ewan Associates was New Civil Engineer's (NCE) Consultants of the Year for 2002 and 2003, and the company provides a range of business analytics, hydrometrics and asset management services to utility companies and their suppliers. telematics and consultancy services with the Ewan Associates' in depth industry expertise to build a powerful value-added telematics offering.

Andrew Gunning, Director of Ewan Associates commented: "For companies working in the utilities market, the value of telematics is clear - increased productivity while addressing the issue of Duty of Care for mobile or lone workers. Cybit has quickly become the partner of choice for forward thinking companies that understand the enabling power of telematics to track
and secure their fixed and mobile assets, to ensure the safety and well being of their mobile staff, and to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. By combining our data and asset

"We're delighted to appoint Ewan Associates as an accredited reseller," said Ian Walmsley, Head of Partnerships at Cybit. "With over 15 years experience, the company has an in-depth knowledge of the utility industry's potential uses for telematics. Our solutions are ideal for utility companies helping to maintain their Duty of Care obligation. This is a particular concern for
remote workers, as the company will be in constant contact with their mobile workforce. There are also the obvious productivity and efficiency advantages to consider."

All the excitement over the last couple of weeks is now done and dusted and the gains all but gone...no surprise there then as back to losing ways we go..only a few optimists remain now, soon they'll be gone too, telematics ISN'T happening, neither is CYH...don't look to the forthcoming results for any comfort i very much doubt there will be any rises then and even if there is they will soon evaporate, good luck to all who STILL cling on.
