STORMCALLER, I worked it out using this useful table that I keep on my wall :-

Number of Horses owned / Number of Horse legs
10 / 40
9 / 36
8 / 32
7 / 28
6 / 24
5 / 20
4 / 16
3 / 12
2 / 8
1 / 4
0 / 0

As I dont have a horse I used the number 0 for the number of horses owned and then looked across the table to find the number of horse legs.

Feel free to make a copy of the table for your own use.

Yes I know the clocks went back last night - but try explaining that
to a 12 year old cat who's used to getting fed at 6.30 sharp every morning!!

GD - thanks for the pumpkins, I know I said I wanted some for decoration
today and some candles..I was thinking about maybe 12 or so......
Looks like I've got about 12 dozen here, so I'll be busy hollowing out
this morning - bless him such a generous Pooch!!! :>)
Well all I can say is I hope you all like pumpkin pie, cos there's
going to be heaps of them with all the inner 'left-overs'!!!
Toffee Apples will also be available - but leave some for the kids
who may get brave enough to call at the Tea-Rooms after dark.

im glad you knew the clocks went back because i didnt!!!! just got up with a bit of a heavy head and realised could have had another hour in bed. got the in-laws coming soon so off to walk the dog and clear the head

Good morning all. I enjoyed one of my special FEBs today, couldn't manage the toast though, too full.

I thought it might be nice to pop in and put the kettle on for a quiet elevenses, coffee if you prefer.
