Entertainment Rights Plc

We look forward to the first full year's contribution from our 2004 acquisitions; The Filmation library of classic contemporary animated programming and Tell-Tale Productions, the creative talent behind the hugely successful TweeniesTM. The integration of Filmation is complete and the successful roll-out of DVD titles for Fat AlbertTM and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe(R) in the US, reaffirms the Board's belief that 2005 will be a significant year for the library. Tell-Tale Productions' integration into the Company has beenrealised and the TweeniesTM live arena show, 'No Sleep 'Till Bedtime' has recently toured the country playing to a total audience of over 110,000. Work continues on Tell-Tale's strong and innovative development and production slate with Tell-Tale's brand new programming Fun Song Factory and BB3B enjoying ratings success on CiTV and the BBC respectively.
The Company is well positioned for long-term growth via its strategy of aggregating quality owned and third party multi-media content. Demand for our content has never been higher as the digital age transforms the global mediamarket. The Board is confident that trading remains in line with market expectations.'

This company is well positioned to go onward and upwards, a nice stock to have in your portfolio, and tell your kids a bedtime story all about your Postman Pat investment. Zzzzzz zzzzzz

Just seen this on the web, thought you may wanna see it.

Entertainment Rights: Price now 30p, up 118%.
A LANDMARK deal last month with media giant Time Warner to broadcast programmes featuring Postman Pat has raised hopes that Entertainment Rights' children's characters can crack the key US market. Pat will launch on a US pay-TV service in September, giving him access to 35 million American homes. A big marketing push on the back of the Time Warner deal should silence critics, who suggest that Pat and the quintessentially English village of Greendale where he plies his trade, might not transfer well to the US. The 489 million sale of rival HIT Entertainment, which owns Bob The Builder, has also buoyed the shares.

POSTMAN PAT(R) TO LAUNCH IN JAPAN ON DISNEY CHANNEL

Entertainment Rights ('ER'), one of the UK's fastest-growing independent media
groups specialising in the ownership of children's and family programming,
characters and brands, has secured an agreement with Buena Vista International
Inc to air Postman Pat(R) on Disney Channel in Japan, the world's second largest
toy market.

Postman Pat(R) will launch in Japan in April 2006 after Buena Vista
International Inc licensed 80 X 15 minute episodes plus 4 Specials for their
cable and satellite channel, Disney Channel.

The licensing of Postman Pat(R) to appear on Disney Channel follows the recent
agreement between ER and Time Warner for Postman Pat(R) to appear on HBO Family
channel in the US. These deals represent a major step in the global expansion of
the Postman Pat(R) brand and the achievement of two of ER's key goals for 2005.
These broadcast agreements offer ER significant opportunities in the world's two
largest toy markets with the value of the toys and games market in Japan
estimated at Y1022 billion annually (approx. US$9.7 billion) and the US at $33
billion annually.

ER is developing a comprehensive consumer products programme for
pre-school favourite Postman Pat(R) in Japan and will commence full brand
roll-out in the territory in 2006.

Commenting on Postman Pat(R)'s expansion into Japan, Mike Heap, CEO,
Entertainment Rights said:

'Securing such a prestigious broadcast platform as Disney Channel in Japan for
Postman Pat is a landmark achievement for both ER and the Postman Pat brand.
Japan is a key territory for ER and this agreement opens up significant
opportunities for the Company in the world's second largest toy market. Coupled
with the recent licensing of Postman Pat to Time Warner's HBO Family channel in
the US, this deal confirms the character's global appeal and offers major
licensing opportunities.'

Looks like any bid for ERT will have to be in the 45p-50p region now.
