I'm just a holder who is positive on this one. You can trawl through every message I have ever posted and you will see no predictions from myself as to where I hope to see the share price move to.

I think you will find that the brokers note was posted as a positive sign for holders who may not have read it.

Can't remember any ramping of 1.00 a share following it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I also think you said you would stop posting if punters didn't blatently ramp the share.

Has that now changed in that you want to question every single post that may be positive on COH?

trigger45 - 11 Jul 2007 09:09 - 1745 of 2037

AdieH

I know I should ignore, but it just gets silly. As far as I'm aware I don't think you have ever posted that COH will be a 1.00.

I stand corrected if I'm wrong.

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 09:09 - 1746 of 2037

AdieH PLEASE STOP!

YOU STATED HERE "COH A POUND WITHIN A YEAR"

IT WAS AROUND MAY 2007AND THE LAST POST OF YOURS, I BELIEVE, BEFORE I STARTED POSTING.

PLEASE LETS HAVE IT RIGHT----AND MOVE ON.

I REALLY WILL NOT HAVE A DIALOGUE WITH YOU, BUT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFERNCE YOUR POSTS.

IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSTRUSTIVE, YOU CAN, AT ARMS LENGTH, ANSWER MY REQUEST FOR ENLIGHTENMENT ON MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE NUMIS NOTE

trigger45 - 11 Jul 2007 09:11 - 1747 of 2037

Ok David you win. Last post for me. The board is yours to destroy at your leisure.

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 09:15 - 1748 of 2037

But trigger cant you give me a striaght answer to my question that is all I ask.

And it was not you who stated COH would be a pound, it was AdieH IN MAY TAKE A LOOK.

Now I am asking for open and serious discussion on my interpretation of the Numis Note, why are both you and AdieH shying away from answering and talking about everything else?

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 09:38 - 1749 of 2037

OK lets try again. I duplictate my post from last night.

Anyone up for a sensible discussion?

Here posted again is how I see it.

If I am wrong then please tell me where.

That cant be too difficult--or can it.

Well I guess you will have to tell me then, because as I see it we have been given EPS at .3p.

There are currently 116.38 m shares in issue, this gives us anticipated pre tax profits of 349140 between 67 stores which is an average gross profit of 5211 per store.

As I stated above: If we have 4 million in operating cost for 6 months, then it safe to assume 8 million for 12 months to run 67 stores, that equates to 11,940 runing costs for each store, per annum.

From these figures you can clearly see that COH is losing money, which has been my contention all along, and hense the cash burn mentioned above and the deficiency bewteen what is now in the bank and the shareholders' funds called upon.

Even if I am out on a plus or minus scale its still not a very healthy company to risk an investment in, as its just not making the money.

What you are not understanding is that things to the locals out there ,cost a hell of a lot less than here. Mr Worthington seems to be valuing things on UK prices---SNACK ATTACK proved him to be ----well extravagant at best.

Dont fret on it too much, just have a nice relaxing evening.

Bluelady - 11 Jul 2007 10:18 - 1750 of 2037

Just for the record I hold absolutely no COH shares and I have only been reading the thread recently because of the ongoing 'debate'. but as I looked at the postings for this 1 I came across something which puzzled me. I apologise if I have understood incorrectly as I haven't read every posting.....and probably will not either.

Yes, David 10Byou are perfectly correct in posting that AdieH said he had a target of 1 but he did qualify that was before he was going to sell. He also qualified by saying hopefully within a year. This can be verified on 03 Apr 2007 16:38 - 561 of 1747, COH was 1 as a target before he was going to sell. He also said on 04 May 2007 17:05 - 568 of 1747 Target of 1.00 for me and hopefully within the year...

However, what I have problems in understanding is you mentioned today you have never invested in COH.....

And yet on 05 May 2007 09:45 - 572 of 1747

Did a lol of research on this one and bought in at 15p to sell at 36p went to two AGMs but could never get a straight answer on Diggle investments one of my reasons for selling.

Now, I must admit I sometimes forget what I might say about a share in which I am invested. However, I would never forget that I have been invested in a particular share especially if it made me a profit. and I had been along to an AGM.

However, I might have misread that posting and you might have been talking about a totally different share. Please clarify.

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 10:35 - 1751 of 2037

Yes Blue Lady you are right and if you look back you will see that was my involement with an old share club which I was member.

You could say that I was a holder if you wish but not so directly.

Either way I dont mind.

However I do remember the club taking a communial profit and steping out, stating it had gone far enough.

Thats why I was attracted to the 1 post as it was felt by the club that was unachievable.

I trust that is helpful.

With that said I would still like to see some answer to my post on the NUMIS NOTE.

I still see COH in a loss situation, but I am more than prepared to stand corrected, by those who know better than me.

AdieH - 11 Jul 2007 10:39 - 1752 of 2037

Thanks for pointing that out bluelady...

Bluelady - 11 Jul 2007 11:15 - 1753 of 2037

Thanks for the clarification David10B as I said I wasn't 100% certain I understood the ins and outs of that posting.

No problem AdieH, btw I hope you achieve your target.

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 11:20 - 1754 of 2037

Even I would like to see all COH shareholders rake in a 1 per share Bluelady.

I note that the answers to my post on the Numis Note are still slow in coming in chaps

AdieH - 11 Jul 2007 11:59 - 1755 of 2037

RGT seems to be having the same problem that we've had on this thread...

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 12:13 - 1756 of 2037

What is your problem Adieh?--You just cant stay away can you.

Do you only want to all postive posts or all shares?

Why do you and your sort get upset when youpeople outlining the downside.

Are not these BBs here to enlighten one and all?

Especially those who post about no hope share valuations.

Please do something useful answer my post on the Numis Note, as those figures, as carefully concocted as they are, show me that COH is still lose making.

Kindly either confirm this or deny it.

If the latter is the case please show me where I went wrong-----simple rally is it not?

AdieH - 11 Jul 2007 12:23 - 1757 of 2037

Been over the same old stuff month after month, as Ian states leave it alone and move on...

In regard to RGT I am just trying to point out that your a trouble maker, looking at RGT you admit to buying and then selling at small profit then you lay into the company... to me it seems you are making a loss by the content of your posts then turn very spiteful on the mangement of these companies...

I have had enough of your postings and you are squelched from now on, I am quite a robust character but even I can see that responding to you is a complete waste of time. Hopefully I will meet you at the next AGM where we can discuss this man to man, I will wear a name badge just for you... Regards.

David10B - 11 Jul 2007 12:29 - 1758 of 2037

No Adieh we have not this is not the same stuff, far from it.

The Numis Note is recent, and I am saying it clearly shows COH to be lose making.

I am now asking you and your supporters to kindly ,and politely, show me if I have made a mistake.

I have not asked this previously.

I am well aware of your physical characteristics, as you keep reminding me, however such characteristics are unhelpful and therefore irrelevant when trying to value stocks.

partridge - 11 Jul 2007 13:22 - 1759 of 2037

If COH was making money, suspect they would have said so in recent news release. Highly speculative, not a holder, would prefer a punt on millionpercent in the 9.20 this evening at Kempton - at least the pain (or pleasure) will be immediate!

AdieH - 11 Jul 2007 13:31 - 1760 of 2037

Depends if you want a med/long term investment and not an immediate disappointment partridge... what are the odds on your horse...

cynic - 11 Jul 2007 13:33 - 1761 of 2037

probably better than on COH and the pain will not be so prolonged .... lol!

AdieH - 11 Jul 2007 13:42 - 1762 of 2037

Depends what your entry level is... for those that got free shares from the demerger from Bakery service they will be smiling from ear to ear... The brokers note puts a target price of 66p... You do the maths... Regards.

cynic - 11 Jul 2007 13:56 - 1763 of 2037

so if you buy today, that's the equivalent of about 7/4 on the horse at Wincanton!
