If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Better for me (Not such an old fart then!)
Don't be so proud-Just copy ADVFN's monitor colours & fonts & I'm yours-hell it hurts to pay them 1 cent but the design is miles ahead of AM's-you just know what's happening-there's no patent on it:)

Trying to alter a watchlist and I get the following message:
The following stocks were not recognised, or are not available live on your current subscription level: BARC,HBOS,PON
And it keeps sending me back to the homepage when I switch portfolios.

ricardo,
I have just replied to your E mail, but to let you know, could you close your browser and log back in - this should clear the problem at your end.
The streaming services are now working finr, but you are seeing a problem caused by the issue we had earlier.

The only thing I can think of that may have caused this would be if you had an invalid stock in the list - could you send me a list of the stocks in the list that was causing the problem and I will see if I can reproduce it.
Again apologies for the inconvenience.

I've also got the same problem, I was trying to add a stock before it went pear shaped and now it doesn't work at all.
Is the only answer to delete my whole list and add it back again then ?
