Amber,

I used to visit the gym regularly, but I found that I was getting muscle bound (Madonna - yuk!). We've put the machines on the landing so that they don't get overlooked and forgotten. 6 or 7 minutes on the rower burns around 100 cals. 15 minutes total each day is enough, imo.

I wish I did have an indoor pool. That would be the height of luxury for me!

Right that's my 4 lengths done, phew! Finished off with an hour in the steam room to warm up of course! that's twice now this year, I'll soon be super fit :>) and I wont feel so quilty having a LARGE lunch and plenty of malibu tomorrow......in fact I think I'll have one now as a little taster...cheers

Goggles and nothing else Amber that's why Hils moves so fast, give it try. Which pool was it? Oh I remember.... but it is such a long way. I'll have another Guiness :-)
